I feel the cost is a bit high for duct cleaning. For a 2 hour job and having to cut holes in my duct work to perform it, I feel it could be better priced for the consumer. The before and after pictures were great. My dryer vent wasn't hooked back up, what a nightmare getting back there to hook it back up.

A complete replacement on the entire HVAC system plus a hot water heater. Team was due at 8 am. Equipment delivery was at the house by 740, team was on site and working by 8 am. 10 hours later they had the job done. They went non stop all day. Great representation of a class company

This has been a wonderful experience. This company started out responding to my general hvac inquiry posted on the internet. I immediately got several text messages , but only Aire Serv identified themselves in the text message. Our designer Jim Myers was patient and listened to our concerns and desires in the system. The next day he promptly answered my email regarding additional concerns. The installers were wonderful. They were extremely friendly, courteous and prompt. I cant say enough about Terrik, David, Aaron and Bill. Terrik took time to verify placement of the indoor units. David thoroughly explained the use of the remotes and cleaning of the filters. We felt comfortable and assured that everything was being done in a professional manner, along with a friendly attitude.
