It went Terrific, it always does. My IT Guys name is Dave and he is simply the best in the business. He classifies himself as a Small Business Specialist but he is really so much more. We had a computer repair guy for quite sometime and were not satisfied at all but didn't know how to get rid of him without any issues. We found Dave and he came out and took a look at our system and found all of the issues that had been either caused or missed buy our current guy. Then we had the ammunition to tell this guy he has been replaced. Dave changed all our passwords first so there could be no retribution from our old technician. As of that day 2 years ago we have had no real issues in the technology department. I recommend Dave to everyone I can and will continue to do so. He is so nice with our staff and makes everyone feel very comfortable with him. He almost always can give us same day service so there is rarely any waiting at all. He is extremely trustworthy, we often leave him all alone in our business and have never had an issue. If you need help with your computers I can't say it enough, CALL DAVE!!!
