I am thrilled with the countertops I had installed by United Granite! From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of excellent. Their team was incredibly professional and attentive to my needs, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The best part was the custom design service they provided. United Granite has very huge selections of the solid surface, Granite, Quartz, soapstone, etc. we were confused with big selection but their Design Consultants helped us out. In One week they have been measured, and installed out tops!! Awesome service!!!

Freddie Nazarov and Cherill Ashton of United Granite in the Elkridge branch were as helpful and professional as they could possibly have been. The selection in their warehouse is huge, and the work they did for me was high-quality and very timely. This was a small job, but they treated it as seriously as if I were spending a ton of money, and I will not hesitate to hire them when I have a bigger job--very, very pleased with their customer service attitude!

United granite did a great job with helping us pick out the right stone for our fireplace. They were fabulous in customer service, workmanship and had a great selection too ! They were able to give me an estimate biased on photos without needing to schedule someone to come out! We decided not to complete the Job, but we will be going back the next time we consider a kitchen re-modal!

Have yet to fix this problem. Have had multiple no show appointments. May need to contact BBB since they will not fix their defective countertop.

We were very impressed with the selection and the knowledge of the folks at the shop. They gave a very clear picture of the process and timeline to select, design, layout, and install the beautiful granite counter tops. They had my sister-in-law ( it was for her house) select the exact slab, assist in the design and layout of which piece of granite would go on which counter; and their professional installation went off without a hitch. Great experience.

They quoted a single price. They had a lot of stone for us to choose from, specifically soapstone. They were very responsive. They showed up when they said they would. Everybody we dealt with was professional. I would recommend them to others.

Countertop arrived on time. Plumber arrived several hours after they were supposed to come. They did a great job, but communication between the two steps to installation would have been nice. Plus letting me know that the plumber wasn't coming anywhere near when they were supposed to.

Good experience, easy to work with, quality product

It was a great experience! We were able to select the pieces/slabs of granite we wanted, then we got to select what sections of the granite would be used for the different counter pieces. We changed our minds several times, and each time Moustafa (the designer and artist) worked with us with no complaint. The installers were awesome and did a fantastic job; evening making cuts on the spot.

Chris Presley in the Crofton store was excellent to work with when I purchased granite for my kitchen. He was very thorough and patient in explaining the whole process and various options. He walked me and my husband through the showroom which has many beautiful slabs of granite. Mustafa was also very good at determining which pieces should be placed throughout the kitchen.

The whole process of selection, measuring and installation went smoothly. It was a completely satisfying experience. Fred is delightful to work with, very clear and helpful and prompt, and was able to match a legitimate estimate from another company.

Before we began our search for a countertop, we called around to several providers to get an idea of availability. We worked with Tim, who was very responsive and gave us an idea of what was available and what the approximate costs would be. Because we were in the beginning stages of our kitchen renovation, we visited United Granite to look at slabs and reserved two. We made a second visit, where we brought paint samples to compare with the chosen slabs. Because there are may slabs, ours was not easily viewable, but they moved the slabs so we could look at the ones we had chosen. When our kitchen renovator was completed our cabinet installation, I called to get an measurement appointment (which occurred the next day). We then went back to United Granite to lay out how the pieces would be cut. Tim worked with us to fit the pieces together so that the pattern (backsplash and countertop) really fit together (he spent over an hour with us doing this layout). When the day arrived for installation (4 days later) the installers arrived exactly on time, and completed the installation in one day. Overall, we could not have been happier with how we were treated. The only challenge we faced was that the number of choices is a little overwhelming.

we were looking for granite counter top for over more than a month we couldn't find what we want. then we visited United Granite and we liked very much of selections. good customer service, great selections and great prize. excellent fabrication and installation absolutely professional.

Renovating my parents home and needed new granite countertops in the kitchen. I was really impressed by the huge selection of granite and how beautiful some of the slabs were. Tim Donovan was my sales person and was great. Measurements were spot on, installation was perfect and at the price was right. What else is there to say. I am a very satisfied customer!

The entire experience was very satisfying. The original counters were measured using lasers which allowed a very close fit of the new counter tops. When I had concerns about the slab I had picked out, arrangements were made where I could see the entire slab instead of just seeing a two foot wide portion of the slab to alleviate my concerns. Also, the inclusion of a new under mount sink that that would fit my 24" cabinet and a plumber to install the faucet and reconnect the drain and garbage disposal was a big plus. On the day of installation, the team arrived a little later than planned but within the stated time window and Chris also called to let me know that they were running late and what time I could expect them. Once they were on site, the removal of the old counter top and the installation of the new one was done quickly and professionally. Also, the plumber installed the faucet, drain and disposal in short order. The only thing that could have made the installation even better would have been to wipe down the cabinet after the stone was cut to hold the cook top. I have recommended United Granite to at least three co-workers since my installation. Great Job!!

It didn't go well. I actually tried to find the stone elsewhere but couldn't. I wasn't happy with the customer service. After I decided to purchase it from United. We spent an hour measuring and taping the slab to make sure every vein was where we wanted it on the counter. But they did not cut it according to our measurements. Tim blamed it on the other department that cuts and installs but they are both it in the same place!! They can't communicate with each other? install was awful. Two men came that didn't care about my house or the install just wanted to get done and out as quickly as possible. Pushed the front door knob through the wall in hallway. Dented the front of my refridgerator with the counter top. Counter top wasn't cut correctly even though they charged $250 for a special measure. They couldn't lift the slab onto the cabinets and pushed it into place instead and bent my cabinet under the sink. My husband had to help lift it into place. They had to break through the drywall next to the counter so it would fit. The wall had to be repaired. The seam was done terribly. The supervisor who came to see the job fixed most everything after multiple visits except the veining and the refridgerator. They paid to replace the door on the refridgerator but I have to live with the veining because No one cared to do it correctly.

The installation went well. We are very satisfied with the workmanship . Our design consultant was Chris Presley. Chris was very knowledgeable and professional. We would recommend United Granite to anyone.

Tim Donovan at United Granite in Elkridge was great. I visited several granite places and went with United because they have a wide selection of beautiful and interesting slabs. Tim was very friendly and helpful and most importantly, low pressure. We visited several times before finally selecting a pair of book matched White Spring slabs. We paid $250 to reserve them and were able to wait several months while we got the rest of the kitchen renovation planned out. When it came time to draw the layout, Tim was incredibly patient and helpful in guiding us through the process. We were even able to fit all the pieces on a single slab, which brought down the cost slightly. Overall we felt like the process was straightforward and clear. Installation was also straightforward, and the counters look great! I would definitely work with Tim and United Granite again in the future.

I used the store in Elkridge and found the entire process to be really great. They were helpful but not pushy in helping us select the right style for our kitchen. The purchase process was fair and easy. We selected a beautiful cut of "White Springs" that looks very classy and fits very well with our home style. Measurement and install was very quick and easy as well. Their prices are a bit cheaper than the big orange and blue home improvement stores for class A and B stone, but why not pay a bit more for something with real art to it and select an E or F grade! I highly recommend visiting United Granite!

We originally stop by to see what they had after looking at the 3 x 3 inch stone samples the big box stores have to choose from. What an eye opening experience. Actually, the only complaint I might have is the large selection of beautiful stone slabs that makes choosing the "right" one very difficult. We actually choose and placed a deposit on one piece of granite, then to fine and change our minds. This was never a problem for Eddie, our salesman who was patient working with us and very knowledgeable of the product. We also found a remnant in the yard that we both loved. This lead to working with the fabrication manger to create a beautiful one of a kind counter and backsplash for our powder room, which was never our intention initially. We were pleased with the professionalism and quality provided by United Granite and would defiantly use them again.

Went very well. Installers were professional. They had to cut the pipe to the outdoor faucet to install undermount sink but that was no big deal as my plumber was already scheduled to come out anyway a few days later. Turned out beautiful.
