It was great. They completed the work quickly and professionally.

We needed to have the chimney crown replaced and several rows of brick masonry repaired/repointed. The repair was unexpected since we had similar work done 4 years ago by another contractor; that work did not last as it should have. Because of the time of year, it took a couple of weeks to get quotes from 3 contractors. Trinity's quote was a little higher than the others, but the work they proposed was more in line with what we wanted based on our research; they also did not have problems working over a glass sunroom and stood behind their work. Put a tarp over the chimney to help reduce any additional deterioration. Took a couple of months to get scheduled since it was outside work dependent on the weather. Came, were professional, did the contracted work, showed us pictures of before and after. Satisfied with their work and would hire again.

My tech was Jeremy, he did an amazing job, very professional and took care of my problem. He also clean and inspected the system and informed me that I needed some minor repairs around the vent on the outside. He recommended that I have my fireplace inspected and cleaned every year. I told him I will see him next year.

It was good. They did their work. They found things wrong, they found out other stuff and gave me estimate and it was outrageous. The guys did a good job. They were responsive.

After purchasing a new home, Jeremy Merson (Trinity Chimney Services) inspected my fireplace and chimney only to find that it was not within regulatory guidance and I couldn’t safely burn wood, and the only fix was to get an Ahren Fire box. They replaced the entire firebox which, was very labor intensive, as they had to cut through two very thick steal boxes taking a few days to complete. Upon completion they ripped out all the old brick and replaced with new brick, along with prepping the chimney itself for a new steal flu. The final steps were replacing the chimney caps, spray washing the outside portion getting rid of all the black ash marks then applying a water protecting formula. Josh, Jeremy and their entire crew were very friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions and explain every step of the process. My Ahren fire place looks awesome, it’s so smooth and clean looking. I would unquestionably hire them again for any Chimney Services, as they were a definite A+ team, they did an outstanding job.

We got several estimates for adding a wood burning fireplace insert in our new-to-us older rancher. Josh was very helpful through out the process, always quick to respond to questions. His price for the same insert was competitive with other estimates and he only recommended ones that qualified for the Maryland clean energy rebate and worked with us to meet the requirements. He was also the only vendor who said we needed to pull a permit and took care of it at no extra charge even though he incurred additional costs including installation of a carbon monoxide detector - we didn't have one because our house is completely electric. Trinity was able to order and install the insert much more quickly than other vendors offered. They kept the area clean. The insert works better than advertised and we are enjoying a continual fire now that it is colder. They also waterproofed the chimney, it was a preventive measure so can't tell the quality of that work at this time. Josh was a pleasure to deal with through out the process. We will get our chimney cleaned by them each year.

They were extremely thorough and found issues that the previous cleaners did not. Due to their finding the company that installed my insert and liner had to come out and install the correct one. Everyone from the owner on down were amazing. They were easy to get in touch with and very responsive. They showed up twice without charging me a dime to make sure the other company was installing the correct parts the correct way. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and plan on having them out every year for cleaning. Have some masonry working coming up and will use them for that as well. Great company and even better people.

Jon and the guys at Trinity Chimney Service were awesome! They take great pride in their work, were professional, prompt and thorough. We would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of small or large chimney/fireplace projects.

These fine young men were a pleasure to work with. They performed the work in a timely manner. The finished product looks great (at least to any low-flying birds) but seriously is a real enhancement to the whole chimney system. We unquestionably have the best-looking chimney in our neighborhood!

Josh was by far the most knowledgeable of the gentlemen to give me estimates. He has CSIA certification which my stove manufacturer strongly recommended. The 3 brothers who did the job were hard-working, trustworthy, and unbelievably strong! I am very pleased. I will be using this company from now on for my chimney maintenance work.

Josh was responsive throughout the process, from the quote through the final installation. He worked with me to find a fireplace that perfectly fit our space.

Great job .. we had a fire in the fire place the next day and had no crossover smoke at all in the basement apartment!! The difference was amazing!! Very professional work!!
