Description of Work: It went well. I tried to make an appointment for this Saturday, but he was all booked. It was not his fault. I waited too late to make the appt. He will be getting surgery during July but was willing to help me in August. At this point, I told him that I wanted to get some items done in July and I have a friend who is willing to help me. Since I placed this order, other unexpected expenses have come up so I'd rather use the money towards those expenses at this time. Mr. Straka was very professional at all times during our telephone conversations. I highly recommend him due to his promptness in returning my calls and willingness to honor the $299 after the expiration date of my coupon code.
