The customer service was good, I was just unable to get the services scheduled in the timeframe I needed.

The painters were very professional. They did an excellant job and cleaned up before they left everyday. They were more than willing to listen to us and provide their recommendation. All went very well and I would recommend them to everyone. I have schedulded them for outdoor work I need done.

The painters did a wonderful job and I couldn't be happier with the experience. We had them paint the hallways, landings and stairwell walls of a three-story townhouse. We didn't expect them to finish it all but they did. I haven't found one mistake in the painting and it looks fantastic.

From the original estimate through the finishing of the job S&J was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. The quoted price was exact and very reasonable, especially in comparison to other quotes we received. They were able to finish all drywall patching and fixes, along with painting the ceilings on the first day and came back the second day to paint the walls, trim, and fix the hole in the siding. Our basement looks better now then it has since we first bought our home. Jerry, the owner, very good with communication, and made sure I knew everything I needed to know. Marvin and Victor who came out and did the work kept me informed of their progress and walked me through at the end. I honestly could not be more pleased and will call S&J again in the future for other painting projects.

The workers showed up and finished the job within the time frame. The work as done well. The workers were courteous and considerate and knew what they were doing.

They did a great job. i originally hired them for 2 days . to paint the ceiling, walls and trim in 2 bathrooms, dining room and living room. they arrived on time, worked all day. when I got the initial estimate we thought we might need part of a third day, which I dud. they were all very pilite and professional. they cleaned up when they were done each day. they made syrw I was happy with the work. i was so happpy that I called them back to paint another room.

The quality of the work was excellent. Gensi is a true craftsman. Nestor, the job foreman, went out of his way to keep us informed regarding the progress of the work and any issues they encountered as they completed the gutting of our very old bathroom. Any issues were quickly resolved and there was very little additional cost. We were most impressed with the quality of the tile work! We will definitely use S&J Painting and Remodeling for future projects. We have been recommending this contractor to our friends and family and our daughter is planning on contacting them for her bathroom remodel project.

This was the second painting crew from S and J. They were on time, worked quickly and were very pleasant. They painting was perfect. The team took great care in cleaning up.

They did a great job. Everything went wonderful. I purchased a lot of the materials myself so overall it was a $20,000 project. I would use them again for any remodeling I need done.

We had gotten several reviews for our playroom; it is fully paneled and has built in bookcases along one wall. Seemed like no company wanted to be bothered with the job: sanding, priming, and painting paneling, plus patching the ceiling, plus sanding, priming, and painting our bookcases. It was a HUGE job. Jerry gave us a fantastic price...so good, in fact, we added our master bath to the task list and they did that too. Throughout the job, Jerry checked in with me to make sure things were going well. He was always easily reachable by phone. His painters were very professional, friendly, and did a nice job. The painter who did our master bath found that the walls were in such bad shape it created an extra 1/2 day of work. Jerry contacted me to let me know he had to pay his guy $150 more for the extra work, but said I was not technically responsible for it since it wasn't in original estimate. I paid it anyway, because he spent so much time prepping the walls, and because Jerry was so nice about it. A little customer service goes a long way! On the last day, one of the painters was loading his equipment in his truck and in going outside, he noticed my front door wasn't aligned properly and kept getting stuck. He got out his tools and spent a few minutes fixing it- wow, I really appreciated that! He could have just kept going but took the time to make a minor repair. What an asset to the company- wish I could remember his name! I will be using S&J again for our next painting job, and possibly for an upcoming bathroom remodel! I recommend them without hesitation.

They did a terrific job. My cabinets look beautiful. They took off every door and drawer and sanded them, put two coats of primer and two coats of paint. The old oak island looks gorgeous with the new wainscoting around it. Now I just need to get new countertops and my kitchen will sparkle! They did an excellent job painting the walls as well. Very courteous.

This was the first time we hired someone to paint for us. In the past we have done it ourselves. The price was great and it was nice to get everything done in one day. They were prompt and got right to work. The finished product is beautiful. My only complaint would be there are some drippings of paint on the molding.

When Jerry came to our office, he said that the cost would be for a day of labor and that they only charge by the day and the cost would be $350. When we received the estimate in writing from their office, the estimate was given of $525. They wanted to charge us a $200 premium for travel. (This is surprising, when we are about 30 minutes away.) This did not include paint and color matching. They wanted our office to go out and find paint and get the paint matched. If our office was out of their area, when they received our address, they could have conveyed it at the time of setting the appointment and we would not have proceeded with the appointment. I am disappointed in this type of professionalism.

They were good. I didn't meet all the staff personally but they were helpful by phone and text. They sent me pictures by text. They actually needed a reminder to do some clean up but they did that and they were fine. They were prompt. They were fair in pricing. I would use them again.

My husband and I had two bedrooms all prepped and ready to be painted. Alex and Marvin arrived early in the morning and worked quickly and efficiently. They finished the entire two bedrooms: walls, ceilings, trim and interior of closets. The rooms look terrific. I will definitely hire S&J Painting and Remodeling again, even without a coupon. I can't believe they finished both bedrooms.

Provider was very responsive and i would use them in the future for other jobs.

It was an average job. I would give them an even recommendation. They had a good price. They had good quality.

We were initially told by another provider that the design we hoped for in our new kitchen would be impossible. However, S&J worked with us on the design, promised they could do it, and made it happen. The basic design was ours, but Steve and his crew (Elias Romero and Jose "Primo" Zelaya) are all very artistic. They offered suggestions and advice as the project progressed, and the end result is beyond my initial hopes.

Guys came in and did a good job. worked the whole day, professional, polite and well worth the price. I will use these guys again.

The painters did a great job! They cleaned up after themselves. They were personable and helpful. We had a problem with one room and an email to S&J resulted in a prompt response and someone was sent out to fix the problem. We were very happy with the end result. We will definitely use this service again.

Painters didn't apply 2 coats as we were promised, until we pointed out that they hadn't. One painter asked for extra money among other things.

Painters started out at good pace but slowed down significantly as noon came around. They seem nice enough but just were in a really laid back slow mode it seems. Often walked in on them on their phone. I was hoping to at least get 3 rooms done: Kids BR, Kitchen and 1 BA and time permitting hallway. They did not even get to the BA. I was pretty disappointed at the amount of work they were able to complete. Based on some of the reviews I read sounded like they worked pretty well and fast. But unfortunately, not in my experience.
