Description of Work: Exceptional service was provided by both, William and Dennis. We were in excellent hands. |I was stressed to the limit, when I called the first company on Monday morning and had to leave a message. I then called another number and got called back with nothing available until Wednesday. I was having no luck at all, so I called Angie & staff. They took over, called Roto-Rotor and arranged everything. They called me back told me who they had contacted and told me that Dawn, from Roto-Rotor, would be calling shortly. She was amazing. She called me to let me know who was coming and when-kept me informed every step oF the way. William came 1st on Monday: was very friendly, professional and efficient. He was very attentive; spent alot of time explaining to us what had happened and what the best treatment for our situation would be - he didn't rush us!!! Dennis came on Wednesday with the camera to inspect the drain and pipes on the outside. He helped ease our anxiousness with his report. He really communicated what he was doing and answered ALL of our questions, reassuring us that we were now able to use the bathroom. THANK YOU ALL!!! We will never go anywhere else. Description of Work: Came out to give me an estimate on repairing an exterior faucet. |They were on time. No cost for estimate. I thought is was pricey and did not have the service done.

Description of Work: The cost of $225.00 seemed a bit high to clean out a clogged garbage disposal. That being said the service rep showed up on time and took care of the issue w/o any problems.

Description of Work: Our kitchen drain was clogged beyond the trap. Jeff unclogged the drain pipe the whole length of our house using his magic unclogging machine.We never felt rushed and he did a thorough job. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining everything he did and giving us tips to prevent future clogs. If we ever need future work done in his area of expertise, we will definitely ask for him by name.

Description of Work: After only living in our home for a few months, we had water shooting out of our sink drain shortly after turning on the dishwasher. The first guy came out very quickly (within a few hours) and cleaned the pipes with a really long snake. This worked for a few days (got us through the weekend) and then it happened again. Another guy came out who was wonderful. he also snaked the pipes but used a different contraption that seemed to have done the job. I would use them again but only if I could get the second guy as he seemed to be much more knowledgeable, really friendly and helpful in suggesting other methods we could take to prevent this from happening again in the future.

Description of Work: Just had the wax ring replaced again in the second bathroom as the toilet was moving and causing a leak downstairs. I was told the installation by the Roto Rooter was done wrong.
