Description of Work: The drain in our basement utility sink backed up causing a flood.Roto-Rooter came out the same day, snaked the drain all the way out to the street, clearing away a fair amount tree root. They sent someone with a camera out the next day to assess the extent of the clog and he, very honestly told us that the pipe looked pretty good and that no further work was necessary. We were very happy with Roto-Rooter's prompt response to our call and the professionalism of the men who came to the house. We would certainly use their services again.

Description of Work: Supposed to show up at 8am and did not arrive . Called several times to see why theywere late. When showed up, simple test tosee what is going on, they said I have to pay extra charges to diagnosed the problem. Once they go and get their tools, which is just to open the faucet, he charged me 150 dollars. That was ridiculous. I enede paying &5 +150 for the job which they said it is not the plumbing, the motor of the dishwasher is the problem. He spent 5 minutes only to diagnose. |

Description of Work: I had a hot water heater installed because the previous one had a crack and water was leaking. I had no hot water for bathing, washing, cleaning dishes etc. I purchased the previous one 7 years ago so no more warranty. The new one is nice but the cost I feel was way too much. I didn't have time to check for this was an emergency. It's possible I didn't need a new hotwater heater I could have gotten this one fixed. In emergencies you get caught by surprise. However after the fact and did research it should not have cost that much. This is what companies do raise there prices in situation as these and don't want to honor additional coupons. Next time if I have a minor problem I may use otherwise I'll find another plumbing service. Too costly. A. Mellerson

Description of Work: They inspected our home for leaks because our water bill was very high. There was a bit of a billing error. Initially they double billed us - once from the Angie's List deal and another after they did the inspection. Once we spoke with them, they gave us credit for the second billing.
