Amazing Work on My 66-Year-Old Home! I recently hired Ricky Rios and Rios Remodeling to remodel my 66-year-old home, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the start, they demonstrated a deep understanding of the unique challenges that come with renovating an older home, and they approached every aspect of the project with professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail. Their team was a pleasure to work wit. They took the time to listen to my vision, offering thoughtful suggestions that improved the design without sacrificing any of the original charm of the house. Throughout the process, they kept the project on time and within budget, which was no small feat given the surprises that come with working on an older home. The craftsmanship was outstanding, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. My home now feels modern and refreshed, yet retains its original character.

Started with a basement finishing project and then moved onto another three house remodeling projects for replacing all the doors in the house, remodeling all bathrooms, and finally remodeling the kitchen. Reasonable pricing and easy to work with. Over the course of the projects there were of course some hiccups along the way (when does a home improvement project ever go smoothly?), whether it was mistakes made or if things outside of anyone's control happened (looking at you Home Depot), Ricky and his crew went out of their way to make things right.

Rio remodeling have done 4 different projects for us so far. We are very happy with the work the have done each time. They are very professional and attentive. Ricky is the first person I call when I need any kind of remodeling done.

Rios Remodeling did a fantastic job retiling the foyer of our house. The old tiles were cracked and the underlayment needed major repairs. They stripped all the old material out, put in plywood, Duroc underlayment and then did a great job on the tiles and grout. They also added nice moldings to our doorway. The whole space feels new. Ricky is extremely responsive and Tiona in his office is extremely prompt and careful with all the paperwork and payment issues.

Mr Ricky’s team did an amazing job building our new platform deck with siderails and gate. Jose who built it did the work efficiently and exceeded our expectations. They are easy to talk to and explain about the options and materials they will use and the cost that will fit our budget. Definitely we will use them again for future projects (bathroom and kitchen). ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Alex and his crew did a great job with my deck. Tear down and reconstruction of an expanded deck with new footers in a total of 4 days. They showed up when they were supposed to, worked hard, were professional and cooperative. Owner Ricky Rios is a pleasure to deal with.

Rios Remodeling did an outstanding job! Ricky is very friendly, honest, and trustworthy. His pricing is very fair and the quality of the work was superb! Ricky pointed out some issues that needed to be address that other contractors probably not have informed us, he fixed everything so that we would not experience any future problems and the repairs were included in his price. Ricky has a great crew that takes pride in their work, they go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. During the job we made some slight adjustments that weren't in the original scope of work, Ricky made it happen graciously! We love our new bathrooms, they look amazing! I would definitely recommend Rios Remodeling for any home improvement needs. We will be using him for may projects in the future!

Rios Remodeling did an outstanding job of renovating my basement. They removed old materials & installed a beautiful floor, new insulation, dry walls and a new drop ceiling. They always showed up when scheduled & communicated often about what work they were doing. I would hire them again in the future.

Rios Remodeling did a wonderful job on my kitchen. Substantial completion in one week and returned to finish promptly the following week when missing items arrived. They allowed me to add to scope during the job at very reasonable price adjustments. Cleaned up every day so that my house was not left as a disaster. Ricki was a pleasure to deal with on the business end and Alex, the supervisor and primary worker, was careful, efficient, polite, and responsible. Exceeded expectations.

Rios Remodeling showed up on time, did efficient work, and was courteous to the homeowner. Would give more than 5 stars if I could, and I would definitely reach out to them again for other remodeling work. The owner was very enthusiastic about the job and I was able to get a quick appointment. It was a straightforward smooth process and he even checked in after the job to make sure everything was okay. Excellent experience! I highly recommend them!

Quick, responsive, honest. I got a quote from a specialty chain for a full primary bath remodel that was substantially higher than expected. Ricky's quote was $10K less than the chain's and covered more changes. David, who did almost all the work solo, was *amazing* in his talent and skill. The language barrier means that I didn't express some of my thoughts clearly enough, but most of what came out differently from my vision was graciously corrected and the rest is fine. Ricky did ask me to locate and directly order as many fixtures as I could; this meant I had full control over exactly what I got (but made some mistakes such as badly angled drain pulls in the faucets). My purchase costs were deducted from my final payment. My 20 year old shower had been leaking into the room below. They fixed that and then some, using better quality underflooring and fittings to make sure the new one will last.

I've used Ricky for three separate projects now. Ricky has been able to have a crew show up within a week, and all three jobs have been beautiful and professional.

Ricky and his crew were amazing every step of the way! I am absolutely in LOVE with my new bathroom. Rios remodeling exceeded all my expectations. The workmanship was really good and when they made a mistake, they corrected it quickly and to my expectations. I really cannot say enough to recommend them. I plan on working with them again as soon as I can. As we speak, I am waiting for a quote-LOL.

Excellent!! My project was for painting of a 3 bedroom townhouse and renovation of the kitchen and installment of vinyl floors throughout. Ricky is true to his word, which, in my opinion, is hard to find with contractors today. He also really cares about the quality of his work and communicates well regarding job progress and expected completion. I added stuff after the fact and he was clear about pricing and everything was done in a timely manner and with excellence! I'm very happy with the completed work! Thanks Ricky!

Ricky and his team did an exemplary job on my remodel of my kitchen, 3 bathrooms, full house luxury vinyl flooring and paint. The crew removed wall paper, tile flooring, old cabinets and exposed brick bring my home to a modem design from top to bottom. His crew was always on time, professional and courteous as well as worked very hard to get the job done in a little over 2 weeks.
