Description of Work: Deceptive sales pitch for locking in a one year contract with price celling. Quoted current price and celling price. Had prior ongoing flexible rate contract (supposed to go down with oil cost) with remaining delivery, when asked what that cost was going to be it was HIGHER then the celling price for the new contract offer! When caught, sales guy quickly offered to price it for the celling price he gave for the new contract. Obvious they jack up the rates, not lower with this celling price scam. The delivery under new contract was after extended decline of heating oil prices both wholesale and retail, the cost charged Feb 11 was much higher than the verbal quote on the phone to get the new contract. Another supplier had a cost much less for the same day, would have saved $97 for just 154 gallons.

+ 0 moreTheir service is very nice. I used them for many years, and I thought they got too expensive and so I changed companies. The one I changed to didn’t turn up and so I went back to Petro Supply Inc. I think their prices are competitive. It’s high actually but everybody is high on that. I will definitely continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: I use Petro Supply Inc each winter for delivering oil to me. I get both, oil for my furnace and propane gas for my fireplace.

+ -1 moreI FEEL THAT THE PEOPLE AT PETRO (NATIONWIDE) IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I FEEL THAT A SERVICE AGREEMENT IS A GOOD VALUE. THEY ARE FLEXIBLE IN THEIR SCHEDULES AND ARE CLEAN AND COURTEOUS. HE MONEY WE PAID WAS FOR A ONE-YEAR SERVICE AGREEMENT.
Description of Work: I HAVE A SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR MY FURNACE. THEY COME TO CLEAN AND TUNE-UP MY FURNACE.

+ -1 moreI WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO OTHERS. THEIR PRICES WERE GOOD. THEY COME EVERY YEAR WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO. THEY ALWAYS CLEAN UP ANY MESS THEY MAKE.
