About us

LadyKlean provides guaranteed flawless home and commercial cleaning services at an affordable price. Our staff are required to complete background checks and health screening to assure safety for everyone. Our services include: Basic house cleaning, Premium/ deep house cleaning, Office cleaning, Move-in/ Move-out cleaning, Rug/carpet cleaning and Hard-wood floor cleaning. After gaining five years of cleaning experience, Ladyklean was founded in 2017 by an experienced Registered Nurse/ Public Health Administrator who saw the need for most homes and offices to be kept clean and free of germs, in order to maintain and promote healthy living for all. We enjoy the fact that we get to work with customers from different backgrounds and parts of the world. At the end of the day, customers all have a common need which is ‘to have their houses or offices cleaned’, and Ladyklean is more than happy to fulfill that need. Our Mission: Keeping homes and offices clean, one day at a time.

I was charged a 25 dollar cancellation fee because I called another company and made an appoint with Marie’s cleaning and thought it was with Lady Klein. Tee did not inform of any cancellation policy in fact she verbally made the appointment without any written contract that I had filled out via email. She went ahead and made the appointment without me filling in any information or credit card payment. Once I realized I called Marie’s cleaning and some showed up U called Lady Klein back and told her I needed to cancel for tonight and that’s when she made me aware of the cancellation policy. She said if I didn’t pay she has a collection agency that will force me to pay the 25.00. It’s a shame she lost a good customer over 25.00. I would not recommend this cleaning service in the future. Tee (the owner) Nicole’s and dimes good paying customers. She has earned a letter grade of S for sneaky and stingy.

Hello sir, there was an invoice sent to your email once the appointment was made. This review is erroneous and untrue. You called to schedule within an hour and we fit you in. This was not the first time we cleaned your home. Unknowingly to us, you had called several other companies as well. Once someone else showed at your door, you called us to cancel not considering that we already scheduled and had dispatched staff to your end. I have a copy of the invoice we sent to your email and the phone record. We even spoke after I sent this invoice and you told me you would make payment immediately using your card. Again I have evidence of these phone records. Yes, I may not have explained the cancellation fee given that you were on the rush while we spoke on the phone as you urged that you needed someone to come ASAP and said you were very grateful we could accommodate you within the short notice, however, it is our company’s policy to charge cancellation fees when customers cancel appointments abruptly in less than 24 hours of scheduling and this policy is also listed on our website http://ladyklean.com/contact-2.html
