+ -1 moreI got an answering machine on my initial call and did not receive a return call for over a week. It took another week for them to call back to let me know the part had arrived and another week before they could schedule the service call. After all this waiting, they did arrive on time and quickly installed the part. However, I did not receive the senior citizen discount mentioned on the Angie's List information.
Description of Work: Replaced timer on my Kenmore washer.

+ -1 moreWe called Mr. Kirsch at 9:00 AM Monday and he returned our call within one hour and started working at 12:30 PM. The washer needed a new bearing mechanism. He repaired this within 1/2 hour. He then cleaned out our freezer by blowing out the drain hole with compressed air. While at our home, we asked him to check the dryer which cut off irregularly. He found the timing circuit faulty, will order the part and return to replace it. VERY competent and efficient repair. By the way, his company's name is spelled wrong. It should be SERVICE and NOT serivce!!!
Description of Work: Mr. Kirsch was called in to examine our washer which after making grinding, metallic noises quit working. As an afterthought he also looked at our refrigerator whose freezer section leaked water and the clothes dryer timing.

Description of Work: I HAD A 10 YEAR OLD LEAKING DISHWASHER REPAIRED. IT WAS WORTH IT TO HAVE IT REPAIRED TO AS GOOD AS NEW AT THIS TIME SINCE I COULD NOT FIND A DISHWASHER THAT I WANTED .

+ -1 moreHE CAME VERY QUICKLY WHEN CALLED AND WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE WAS VERY REASONABLY PRICED AND PUNCTUAL. HE CAME AT THE TIME HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO COME. HE MADE A SPECIFIC APPOINTMENT TIME AND NOT THE USUAL BETWEEN SUCH AND SUCH A TIME LIKE THE OTHER REPAIR COMPANIES GIVE YOU.
Description of Work: REPAIRED OUR DRYER. HE FIXED AND REPLACED THE MOTOR AND CLEANED OUT THE VENTS.
