Before we even hired this company, they were very helpful and patient with us as we made our decisions. Once hired, Paul was very responsive, took whatever time we needed with questions, always met the deadlines/time he promised, showed very high attention to detail and the work was perfect and meticulous. I've never worked with a contractor that was so on top of the job and showed such pride in his work. On top of all of this, we got a few quotes and his was also the best. Working with him was painless!!!! I'd hire him again in a split second. This is what doing business with someone should be like.

I could write a novel, but doubtful a long review would get much attention. I'll sum it up this way... I was so scared to even start the process of looking for windows... And just like that it's done. It was done with care and trust and professionalism. Paul and his team may be the easiest and most honest folks with which I've ever had the pleasure to hire.

This was a window and siding project. The project ended perfectly. The materials delivered were top notch and the craftmanship was impeccable. Great attention to detail with a mindset of making me happy. Everything went as planned and the communication flowed well. Except for weather delays the work was finished on time. They did a fantastic Job. We needed 9 windows replaced on the main floor of our Townhouse. Paul was polite and responsive. I met with different contractors and Paul not only gave me the best deal he was the only one that did not make me feel like they were trying to push me into something. Additionally Paul was extremely helpful in getting what I needed to get HOA approval for a new color. I will definitely use Innovative Home Improvements when we finish the remaining windows.

The men who installed the windows were very professional. They started and finished the job faster than anticipated and worked diligently on-site without excessive breaks. We had a great experience with this company from the start. As new homeowners in a house needing some work, it was very overwhelming in knowing where to start. From the beginning, Dan was great; he was very thorough in his explanations and patient with us as we went through the process. They came out in a timely fashion, and even came back out to correct something to ensure our satisfaction. We will definitely use them again for future projects.

We had Innovative replace our windows and siding and also take care of rotted trim wood on our house. They did a superb job. The new siding included 3/8" foamboard insulation and new tyvek-type wrap beneath the siding. The siding looks excellent and we can tell there's a big improvement in thermal and sonic insulation for the house. The new windows are also excellent. And it's not just the appearance that I'm pleased with. I was home during most of the installation and the craftsman doing the install took great care to do things correctly and thoroughly. One neighbor who watched them called them OCD about it. So I'm very pleased and would gladly recommend them and use them again.

Dan was great, he saw the process from the beginning to the end. The window installers were very nice, did a great job, and cleaned up very nicely before they left.

No hassle quote for all new windows (20). Less than 1/2 of Anderson and several thousand less than a recommended home remodeler. They took a couple of months to be delivered, but we're installed quickly and very well. All dealings with the owner and installers were professional and pleasant.

Paul was great and didn't pressure at all. The crew was fast and efficient during the install.

Great service Great local option for windows

We went with IHI for replacement of old wood siding. We couldn't be more pleased with the work that they did. Customer service (Dan) was amazing and Mr. Jung and his helper did a fantastic job on install and dealing with unexpected problems. We had 3 other company's come and give estimates and IHI was right in the middle but with great customer service it was an easy choice for us.

I do not think it is possible to write a review good enough for Innovative Home Improvements. We have dealt with a number of contractors for all types of house work over the years and understand how difficult it is to find a company who cares about quality of work AND service. We had every single window in our house replaced recently. Just months later, a bird flew into one of the windows and broke it! I could not find the # of the window for warranty, so Paul (the owner) ended up taking care of it and calling in the claim for us. WOW -- I feel that he actually appreciated that we spent our very hard earned money just months ago and helped us out, even though he currently has nothing to gain from helping us. Amazing.

Very personal. Boss called several times to check in and get our impressions or concerns. Workers were efficient and skilled, dealt with unexpected issues under the old siding without delay. Good people.

I definitely selected the right company. Paul Harrison was extremely honest, respectful and knowledgeable. I received multiple estimates from competing window companies and the range was astonishing. For 13 replacement windows, quotes ranged from $23K to $7500. IHI was the best value, best price, most honest and professional of all. The installation crew was extremely skilled and very neat. I will use this company again and recommend anyone to them in the future.

We searched Home Advisor for a company to replace existing siding on our home. Based on the reviews we read, we chose IHI after receiving bids from a total of 3 companies. Our interaction with Paul doing the interview was so great that we selected IHI even though they were not the cheapest bid. They actually came in second in price. The work was done professionally and completed on a timely basis. Several neighbors have commented on how beautiful our home now looks! We would recommend IHI to anyone looking to install/replace siding on their home. Great manager in Paul and great workers during the work! Thanks IHI for doing an excellent job.
