From the initial inquiry to the post installation customer service, Innovative Home Improvements is simply top notch. Paul from Innovative was great he contacted me immediately after I requested an estimate to set an appointment and pretty much tell me about the windows and the company. It is those extra details that make this a great contractor to work with. The installation itself and windows were fantastic. During the installation they discovered some water damage and repaired it at no extra charge- truly rare indeed!. This is a great company and I highly recommend them if you are seeking replacement windows.

This contractor is VERY responsive and stays in constant contact with you. Every time I thought about him, he was calling me before I could call him. Customer Service exceeds all expectations! Product quality is GREAT! It was a pleasure working with this contractor and I highly recommend him and will call him again if I need more projects fulfilled.

I found Innovative's service to be top quality. They were efficient, polite, cooperative and focused. The materials are great quality, and the finished product looks great!! The technicians were polite and very hard working. They were kind enough to install porch lights and a new mailbox for me, too. I would recommend this company without reservation.

They did a great job and Paul could give me a quote when he I came to measure the gutters - I highly recommend them.

Paul is very straightforward. He didn't take up a lot of my time with a sales pitch. Better still, we had a meeting on my driveway (I loved that) and he answered all my questions and then quoted me a price. Simple, clear, professional, efficient. Other companies either insisted on at least a 90 minute sales meeting and/or started high and attempted to negotiate lower. Paul is very impressive in dealing with any issues which arise. There are many variables to a job a large as new siding and the test is how they are addressed. They went out of their way to do the job right. Hire these guys.

Paul and his team were fantastic. Paul was always prompt with follow through. It is refreshing to deal with a company that actually does what is says it will do. We finally found a company that shares our values of honesty and integrity. As long as Paul does business this way, we will do business with him and tell everyone about him. The windows and sliding glass door install was done all in one day and they were great. I have absolutely no complaints. Other companies started out with sky high prices and then came way down. Paul quoted a fair price from the onset. The quality of the merchandise is also top notch from what I can tell.

Paul is very professional and well versed in all subject matter. I appreciate him taking time to explain process of choosing windows, including installation options. I am extremely pleased with my new windows - he had to reconstruct window from 'Bay' windows to 3 straight windows with middle window being a picture window.

Innovative Home Improvements is a wonderful company to do business with. They provide a high standard for workmanship and customer service. My home siding looks fabulous! Paul Harrison, the company owner helped me select the color of the vinyl and the color of the shutters, which makes the house look brighter and more attractive. The transformation is incredible as my before pictures depicted the house exterior looking dull and dingy. The workers are professional, and were very meticulous with each stage of the installation. The work was completed within the timeline I was provided. They did a great job and I have had many compliments on the work.
