Great service and fair prices. The owner and the crew are very nice, responsible and respectful. The crew was very efficient in the installation process and left everything clean. The owner came to inspect the job done afterwards. He looks at every window to make sure the job was done at his standards. He is very customer service oriented. Overall had a great experience with this company. Already recommended it to friends.

As soon as I met Paul, I felt comfortable with him and as though I could trust him to provide a fair price on replacement windows for our condo. In the end, there were extensive difficulties caused by our home owners association and I was very fortunate to be working with Paul to get the job done. He was infinitely patient and flexible with us. He interacted directly with our HOA and its contract engineer to find a solution to the HOA's unreasonable requirements for window installation. I can't thank him enough for the time and extra effort and cost he incurred as a result of these unforeseen problems. The product that he delivered was installed quickly and I can already tell that the windows are a big upgrade for our home.

It was a such a pleasure from start to finish to work with Paul Harrison and his team at Innovative Home Improvements. From the first meeting, I experienced that Paul has a different approach to sales and service: honesty, fair pricing and no-hassles. It was so refreshing for someone to give you all the information you need to make an educated decision and then proceed to give you an estimate that is for almost half of what a competitor had said was their "best offer" for very comparable windows. No bologna here! And once the contract was signed, everything continued to move forward smoothly. Andrew came out to precision measure the windows for the order within a few days, and 4 weeks later they were being installed. The windows look FABULOUS, and I have already noticed a significant decrease in the noise we hear from outside. We couldn't be any happier with our new windows, and are grateful to Paul and his team for a job very well done. I would highly recommend Innovative Home Improvements to anyone who is looking for great quality windows masterfully installed with very little hassle at a fair price.
