Paul was very responsive and never seemed to tire of my "checking in" emails as we were waiting for the door to come in. Mike showed up promptly and answered my handful of questions during and after installation. The project transformed the space and I find myself often just starting at the door I enjoy it so much. Paul also did our windows a couple years ago and he was the first and only person I called when we decided to replace the door for the same reasons.

It could not have gone any better. The 3 man crew showed up on the two scheduled days and completed the job. They were all very polite, hard working and cleaned up behind themselves. They let us know that if we had any concerns or issues later to call. I must honestly say Paul Harrison is the man! We will be getting our roof replaced and they will 100% be the company we use again.

Innovative did an outstanding job from beginning to end. Paul the owner was involved from the beginning. He came out to review the job and gave a fair quote. He reviewed all parts of the quote, and there was no pressure to make a decision. Mr.Jung the foreman on the job was incredible. He is a master craftsman and seemed to be able to overcome any obstacle in the project. The crew was respectful and worked diligently to complete the project to perfection. Before pricing out new windows. the owner gave me advice to try an alternative solution to replacing all my windows. Paul was actually going to lose business if I was able to go with his suggested alternative solution. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to use the alternative solution, but fortunately IHI was able to replace my windows at a reasonable price. The crew was on time, professional and worked quickly. Each team member knew their role which allowed them to complete the window replacement quickly. At the end of the day, you couldn't tell I had a crew in my house, replacing 15 windows, all was cleaned up and put back in place.

I looked at multiple contractors, but Mr. Harrison offered the fairest deal. He was polite, easy to work with and responsive. They even came out Saturdays to accommodate our schedule. The work they did was fantastic, quick and neat. I will hire them again to replace more windows.

We had Innovative replace our windows and siding and also take care of rotted trim wood on our house. They did a superb job. The new siding included 3/8" foamboard insulation and new tyvek-type wrap beneath the siding. The siding looks excellent and we can tell there's a big improvement in thermal and sonic insulation for the house. The new windows are also excellent. And it's not just the appearance that I'm pleased with. I was home during most of the installation and the craftsman doing the install took great care to do things correctly and thoroughly. One neighbor who watched them called them OCD about it. So I'm very pleased and would gladly recommend them and use them again.
