+ -1 moreI I called at 9 am and he was at my house by noon on the same day. Very friendly and professional. Put my mind at ease that our rodent problem was not major. Will return in two weeks at no charge if bait not effective.
Description of Work: Inspected yard (and 2 adjacent) for rats, baited existing burrow in the back yard.

Description of Work: The representative investigated various places in the house and around the outside of the house for ants and termites. Since no evidence of termites was found, he left me brochures about termites and did not charge for coming out. I was impressed by his knowledge.

+ -1 moreWe liked them. They were very flexible when they came out. They were reliable. They worked around my schedule. They came when they said they would come. Whenever we have had an issue, they would come out within two days. We pay them $85 a quarter. We have used them for a while and are happy with them. We would continue to use them in the future.
