Our experience with Green Future went very well from start to finish. Estimates were accurate and helpful. The crew was exceptional and the care provided to project was clear. They finished on time and did a fantastic job. Would not think twice before hiring them again and recommend them highly.

Have used Green Futures services several times and each has been a pleasant experience. The initial estimate is always detailed and our estimator Anthony has on some occasions made suggestions which have always resulted in a better looking finished project. Prior to the crew beginning work, Anthony is on-site to walk the crew chief through the work to be done and then he follows up while the work is being performed. Upon completion, the estimator returns to the site to ensure the work was done properly and that we are satisfied. Great support and we will continue to use them.

The tree service went well. The workers were professional.

From the first conversation I had with Rick Elliott to Thomas Bailey and his crew finishing the job I have been beyond impressed with Green Future! During the planning phases of my backyard project Rick was extremely flexible and helped us come up with a great plan to make my yard look great. He gave us plenty of options and helped us choose the best one based on our budget. The morning the project started Thomas walked me and my wife through every step and really helped us visualize the end product. He made a ton of recommendations to make the property not only look better but be even more functional. The work that Manurl, Miguel, and Jose did was outstanding! They exceeded or expectations even after talking to Thomas. Even more impressive is the little things thru would do just to improve my yard like cutting vines off my fence and trees, and cleaning up debris around the property that they didn't even make. During the whole process Humberto continued to check in with us to ensure we were satisfied. These guys are extremely professional and truly care about their customers wants and needs! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have yardwork done.

Anthony and his whole crew (Walter and all the guys) were the best! Thank you so much, we are so happy with the results :) We widened our front walkway with pavers, added a walkway down the side of the house using stepping stones surrounded by river rock, and did a complete hard scape in the back patio of the house. They were very professional, did a beautiful job, and maintained great communication throughout the project! They offered lots of great suggestions and helped brainstorm on the best ways to keep water away from the house. And after trimming our tree in the front of the house and adding sod, we now have grass growing in the front of our house again! Did I mention we love our back patio? I'd give 6 stars if I could, thanks so much, y'all are the best!

Ilie and the team at Green Future Construction were immediately available and immensely helpful when a tree fell on the roof of our business. I needed to get it removed promptly and get back to work! The crew were fast and efficient, working late into the night; and the office staff are knowledgeable and were able to help me coordinate with my insurance for a prompt response to claims.

Green Future did excellent work for us, despite the tough work schedule of intermittent thunderstorms and +90 degree temperatures. The team was great! Jose did the carpentry work on the deck & privacy wall. He did a fantastic job making the new addition strong and attractive, while making sure it fit perfectly with the existing deck. In the end the patio, walkway and deck work looked like it was done at the same time with the existing structure. The 3-brother team of Alfredo, Shema, and Buron, along with Mario, the field supervisor, completed the landscaping, excavation and paver work. It looks wonderful! Finally, the leadership management team of Thomas, Joey and the office staff were easy to work with while conducting payment transactions online, developing the design and making "audible calls" during the construction. They were consistently concerned that they delivered what was promised, while remaining open to minor adjustments in real time and based on our wishes. They provide great customer service support. Also, we never felt uncomfortable while the work teams were at the house. They were all about the work and VERY pleasant and friendly.

It was not a good experience. They did a terrible job.

Green Future installed an outdoor sump pump, three drains, and connected the indoor sump pump and backyard gutters to the new drainage system. We only got two quotes but they were less than half of the other quote and only a little over a 1/3rd more than the price for the previous passive drainage work done by another contractor which was sloppy. The new drain and sump pump seem to be working as expected. My only real complaint is the amount of time it took to get on their schedule which was about 4 months. I know that the weather was an issue but since they were not able to get to it until June I do not expect any grass to grow with the heat. Overall though, they were easy to work with, responsive, the work seems good, and it appears that the drainage will fix the issue.

Green Future Construction did an amazing job on our project. The work was done very professionally, and the crew was extremely polite and did a great job keeping the job site clean. Our sales rep, Joey, and the operations supervisor, Thomas, helped us make the right decisions as we planned and executed the project, and did a great job keeping us informed throughout the project. We are very pleased with the completed project.

Green Future Construction was wonderful to work with. Their team was very professional, friendly and very hard working some days working up to 12hrs. Green Futures attention to detail and high quality materials produced a beautiful patio.They built our patio with fireplace in less than two weeks! We could not be happier with how our patio has turned out and have already had three neighbors compliment how well it has turned out.

Our timber retaining wall had deteriorated and we received a notice from the homeowners association that it needed to be repaired. The retaining wall is an L-shaped corner wall that is about 5 feet high at the corner (its tallest point) and about 3 feet high at both ends. The wall height varies because of the slope of the property. The wall stretches about 45 feet along the front and close to 30 feet along the side. Due to the deteriorating timbers and various damage that had accumulated over 35 years, we decided to replace the wall instead of having it repaired. Our new segmented block retaining wall was built by Green Future Construction (Laurel, MD) and we're very happy with it. The segmented block is called Alta Pro in a neutral beige/brown color and is made by Nicolock. Reassuringly, Green Future Construction is included as one of the verified contractors listed at the Nicolock web site. We worked with Joey to get an estimate for the replacement wall which included obtaining the engineering plans and necessary Montgomery County, MD permits, removing the old wall and vegetation, building the new wall with the necessary reinforcement grids, rerouting drainage from two gutter downspouts, and restoring the neighbors lawn which had to be accessed to replace the old wall (one side of the old wall was along the neighbor's property line). Joey was very knowledgeable and helpful in describing possible alternatives for the project. Of the 3 independent estimates that we obtained, Joey's was not only the most helpful, his was also the most reasonably priced. Due to uncooperative weather (winter, 2018-2019), there was a delay in building the wall but once construction began in mid-March, it was built quickly and efficiently. Thomas of Green Future Construction managed the construction details and was very good about explaining how the build would proceed and about giving us a daily progress report on the project once construction started. His extensive experience with retaining wall builds helped us to be comfortable with the extensive work involved. The workers were careful and worked hard every day. One piece of information for anyone replacing an old retaining wall, it appears that Montgomery County code has changed since the 1980's and a gravel backfill now is required behind retaining walls greater than around three feet high. The backfill for the original wall was just dirt. In summary, we are greatly satisfied with the retaining wall work performed by Green Future Construction and especially with Joey and Thomas both of whom we found to be incredibly helpful. Retaining wall plantings and adjacent landscaping were also completed for us as a separate project and were very nicely done.

The job went extremely well from the initial contact, the estimate, the work and follow-up. Any communications we had with them were passed on the right person for a timely response. The sales rep, Anthony, offered a very competitive price, including suggesting the additional service of the removal of debris and re-seeding once the stumps were ground. When we saw that it took several men moving multiple large trash cans full of heavy wood chips, we were very grateful at the suggestion of that additional service. He was also very accommodating with flexing the work schedule to meet our request. We were equally impressed by the professionalism of the other teams we dealt with including the office administration and of course, the teams in the field. The field teams were friendly, they worked efficiently and were very respectful of our property. We would definitely use Green Future again.

Green Future was great, they came out and gave a reasonable quote, showed up on time the day of and made sure the areas were clean before they left. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing trees trimmed or cut down.

Rick did a great job listening to what we wanted and put together a great design. Thomas managed the project extremely well and checked in with us daily or more often. The workmanship was fantastic!

I can't say enough good things about our project with Green Future Construction. We had developed a bad water leak along one wall of our basement which we diagnosed as coming from a depression and water channels caused by a decayed tree stump under our ground level deck. Rather than deal with getting rid of the water once it was in the basement, we opted to fix the problem. It was not easy to find a company that handled drainage, basement wall water-proofing, and deck removal/replacement. We found all of those skills in Green Future Construction. Ilie arrived on time to give us an estimate and to discuss pros and cons of how to address our water problem. He suggested a patio to replace our deck and removal of a very large tree next to the house because its roots would be damaged by the excavation. [We had our regular tree company in for a second opinion and they agreed with his assessment.] The quote came rapidly and Ilie was very responsive to email as we nailed down the specifics of the project. The crew arrived on time every day and worked very **** ** the project. Every day I received an email update from both Ilie and Thomas, the director of operations, with photos. Any questions I had were answered immediately by email. The project took about 7 days, ending with a clean-up and grass seed/straw over the parts of the lawn that were disturbed. Thomas finished the final walk-through by providing advice on how to care for the patio and how our newly extended downspouts worked. It rained heavily right after the patio was finished and no more water in the basement! The patio looks terrific; I can't wait until the weather warms up so we can use it. Our project with Green Future ran very smoothly; we didn't have any major issues. A big A+ from us.

They went above and beyond. Very safe and professional. Very helpful. And the most cost effective from 4 quotes that I got from different companies. Would definitely hire again.

This company was competitive in pricing, easy to work with and schedule, and very professional. The guys who took the trees down were very skilled. A few trees were in spots that were near structures and they felled them with precision to miss everything. We were amazed and impressed! It took 2 whole days for them to take all of the dead trees down, remove the wood and trim a couple of other trees. We highly recommend this company!

Thomas and Eli were a very professional team and a pleasure to work with. I had a retaining wall and fence built and throughout the process, they kept me informed with detailed updates. The construction was delayed due to weather and permit issues, but once it began, it was done in less than two weeks. My yard looked like a disaster zone during construction - which Thomas had warned me about, but he was true to his word when the crew cleaned everything up after the job was completed. I must give high praise to the workers who were prompt and reliable. Best of all, Green Future repaved much of my old driveway and provided boxwood for my flower boxes at no extra cost. I'm very happy with the finished project, that due to Thomas' design concept, turned out much better than I expected. I will use them again.

It went well. They said the would be here between 11:00am-2pm and at 11:35 they arrived and completed the job at 1:50. I was called out to inspect the work and it was outstanding. I will contact them again if a project comes up. GREAT JOB!!!!!!
