Evans doesn't charge for anything we can’t clean, Items we are not able to restore, we provide a detailed inventory of these items with brand name and description. Evans works with adjusters and insurers, billing the adjuster directly.

All my designer things suspiciously disappeared and were not returned. When I pointed out missing items, they said they had to be turned in to insurance. Clothes were faded. Everything was rushed. They were haphazard and sloppy. Whatever chemicals they used damaged things like shoes and belts. Small things like tie clips, ties, and socks never came back. Those minor things are a pain to go out and re-buy. They even mixed someone else's order with mine because I received baby clothing that didn't belong to me. Don't use these people ever! They don't take responsibility for what they do wrong - they send you a form and make you go through insurance.
Description of Work: They are a restoration company who are supposed to rescue items that were subjected to fire, flood, or smoke damage in the home. Their job is to restore garments, linens, clothes, shoes, drapes, rugs, etc. I had smoke damage in my home and they came and removed everything for treatment, even items that weren't damaged, without my permission. They were sent by the insurance company so I thought it was okay.
