It went great. Very professional, fast, and did excellent work. Was able to add a small fenced area mid project for Dog. A little expensive but worth the cost for the quality.

Brad and his team at Elite Decks were great! Brad was very reasonable on price, and honest about what was worth paying for. Getting the job details figured out was no hassle. His team was very respectful and clean with their work. We had a very complex job of an enclosed deck with a shed underneath, an outdoor patio and a walkway to the front. Our property is on a hilly slope so pretty tough job. Paul (head contractor) was very easy going, no complaints, made changes and adjustments on my feedback. Overall an excellent job. We like them so much we’re having them do my in-laws deck too. Highly recommend.

We hired Elite for a new 500 SF deck with a 13x15 roof overhead with skylights. They did a fantastic job and it came out better than expected. Elite pays close attention to detail and ensures the end product is exactly what you wanted. Talented crew with great craftsmanship. Very reasonable pricing, highly recommend.

1) Photo taken Dec 15, 2019 about five weeks after the job was supposedly "complete". This shows three lights missing. 2) Photo taken about 16 weeks after the job was "complete". This shows now there 9 lights missing and the front looks very shoddy. I'm ashamed for anyone, even neighbors to see it looking so bad. It will cost me over $300 just to get the correct lights. If they can be replaced at all; that's likely to be another $500-$800. This guy's work is just plain bad! Poor design and workmanship. Scheduled 6 weeks ahead work completed less than 36 hours before need date when a wedding was scheduled. Design did not conform to specifications, workman left site littered with debris and muddy patches. Improperly selected led riser lights were installed improperly and in the wrong place. 5 months after completion, two lights have fallen out behind the steps, where they can not be reinstalled. This is the third time leds have fallen out. The first time occurred within weeks of installation. The second time was a month later. The third time was a few weeks after he fixed them for the second time. The second time, it took him weeks to come around and fix them. The whole time we waited, the front of the hose, with two lights missing looked very shoddy. It was plain ugly both night when the lights were on, and during the day when the empty holes looked out onto the street. Now we're back there again, with an ugly front for weeks. We'll probably have to install new lights at our expense! Don't use these guys! If you must, reserve at least a third for the final. Don't make the final payment for at least six weeks after they are done so you have time to get all that goes wrong fixed; and he has some reason to fix it.

The project went well. The staff were helpful and gave plenty of details to make an informed decision. They responded to our concerns before, during, and after construction. They also provided helpful guidance on what to do with the deck when in use to stay safe, how to protect and maintain it, and how to get the most out of it and enjoy it. They were honest about choosing materials and not necessarily just going with more expensive options. Even though we did choose some more expensive options, we felt like we made an educated choice and got value for what we paid. Occasionally we have had some minor issues with design features that were not completed correctly at the time of original completion. The responsiveness was fairly quick, although every once in a while we needed to send a 2nd message. However, they always responded to the 2nd message if not earlier. Considering the nature of the design and time of year when it was installed (February), the work was done quickly and safely. They were super helpful in guiding us and updating us on the County permitting process and providing documents and photos for our HOA approval.

Brad and his employees are very professional and respectful. My porch is nicer looking than I ever imagined it would be. I actually love it!!!! Brad is conscientious to detail in so much when we thought porch was complete, it was on one of his many inspections of the job, that he saw two areas that werent up to HIS satisfaction, so he returned to redo these two small aspects of the porch. I highly recommend Elite Deck to perform any porch structure.

The company sent out a rep to give me an estimate. After that, I never heard from them. I reached out and left a message, but never got a return call/e-mail. If they didn't want to do the work, they should just let me know that, and not leave me hanging.

We were and are very pleased with the work and would recommend this company for anyone looking for building new decks or replacing current decks.

The entire process went well. Brad listened and walked the back of the house to ensure we were sizing exactly what we wanted, then carefully went over various options and materials for us to consider. He was cost competitive to other proposals but I frankly found him more personable than others that came to the house. We were also thankful that he could fit us in before new siding went up on the house. The work team was respectful and courteous, and worked efficiently each day. The job site was cleaned up after, and they even scrubbed the dirt off the deck that had accumulated due to a storm turning the spare dirt to mud.

Elite decks team came to the house and saw what they were going to be working with. They were able to provide us multiple designs on floor plans, and we were able to decide based on our needs. They had so many unique creative ideas that I had not thought of. The team was professional, on time eveyday, and answered any questions I had. My house did not come with a asigned room that was the kitchen so that was completely up in the air as in design and location. I explained what my family and I would like in a kitchen and they were able to come up with a design that I love and is functional. When I have guests they complement my kitchen endlessly. When I explain how I had only one contractor crew in to do the whole house they just have to know who this company is. I have already passed Elite Decks information on to four of my friends two of which who went on to get projects done to their homes.

I am very happy with my new sun room, walkway and deck. Brad and Paul and all of their workers are very professional and did a great job. New big Anderson windows that are easy to open with great views, a door to the deck walkway, with a pet door for my dog and cats. The accent wall and knee wall are "Synergy" and look like natural knotty pine. The the window frame and sills are white along with wainscoting walls and ceiling, with a fan and light. It's perfect!

They did a great job! Brad, Steve, and Paul were all excellent. They attended to all our needs, and did excellent, high-quality work. They really went above and beyond what we asked for! They were very personable and reliable. I can't say enough good things about them!

Brad Bowling (Co/Owner) came out the next day and did an extensive inspection of our deck. He noted no deficiencies and stated that the replacement of joists was completely unnecessary. He provided a report the following day. At our request he had some flashing replaced since this had been requested by the buyer of the property. He also inspected some minor repairs to the siding. He was prompt and professional as well as very helpful with this situation. His recommendations saved us a huge unnecessary expense. This service required two service calls. One to do inspection and a second one to do the flashing repairs we requested. I could not recommend him more highly and we appreciate his prompt and professional service.

To be completed in 3 weeks, took almost 8, several items needed to be redone, poor all around communications and the mind set they are invincible so give them a bad rating. Suppose to come back and fo a once over a year later. Never happened except the email to tell me to give them a bad rating, they could handle it.

We contacted this company for an estimate and received a call back with in a day or two. Brad came out to look at our deck and sat down and discussed possible options . He took the time to explain different materials, their pros and cons, and tried to give us as much information as possible in order to make a decision. We received a very detailed and professional estimate outlining all that was discussed including options the very next day. A few days later he sent over samples by different manufacturers in various shades. We chose this company based on their price and the degree of professionalism. We received a possible start date, but that was contingent on obtaining the permit. They began working approximately 3 weeks after signing the contract. Paul and Steve were punctual, professional and precise in their work. They were very personable and even played with our Lab. When they finished for the day, the area was left neat and tidy. We were extremely happy with the finished product. Our deck is gorgeous! We highly recommend them and will definitely be using them for future remodeling.
