Wesley was very professional during the estimate and assured me that if this did not fix the leak that they would come back out and try something else (I was concerned that what they were proposing would not fix the problem). The worker came to the site and was not aware of what work was to be performed so I had to walk him through the problem. He worked hard and applied tape to some existing flashing and did not damage the existing aluminum siding. I was happy with the work performed. However, the solution did not work, I had water leaking into the window after the next hard rain. I tried contacting the company to revisit the site and was told I would receive a call back. I have still not had anyone call me back to look at the problem (as of April). I have tried calling and have left messages on two occasions. I have decided to replace the window and have another contractor further investigate the leak. I was happy with the initial work and experience but unhappy with the follow through on the fact that their work did not fix the problem.

They were great in the limited experience I had with them. They were out within two days of when I called them originally and were very nice and explained everything, I would have used them but my insurance company found someone else for me to use that coordinated with them better.

This townhouse is located in historical Annapolis. The access for parking is very limited. It was of the utmost importance that this job be done very professionally and East Coast did wonderful work. They also completed it very quickly. I was pleased with the price and the care they took to get the job done.
