From start to finish, the work went exceptionally well, and was finished on time. We would work with no one else in the industry. For high-end work, we heartily recommend Chaney Constructuon (based in Elkridge).
Description of Work: We had a new bathroom and kitchen addition added onto the back of our 1950's home. The work involved plumbing, new floors, electric, and drywall. Chris also built our new deck, right off our exisiting dining room.

Description of Work: Chris built a deck for us which really sold our home. He had previously finished off the basement and built out our kitchen. + -1 moreI cannot recommend this contractor enough. The work is artful, and, from the estimate phase through to completion, Chris Chaney was wonderful to work with. He works on referrals only, so we know we would get a great job.
Description of Work: Chaney Construction installed tile flooring in my foyer in Chincoteague, Virginia. The company advised on the product (FloridaTile, the best) and aesthetics such as color of the grout and tile, pattern, edging, and border with my hardwood floors. The work was done during the coldest days in January 2012, and Chris had to run the wet saw inside our heated garage, shuttling the mixture up to the foyer for each application. At other times Chaney Construction also installed 2 exterior doors for us, a 2-sided fireplace on an exterior load-bearing wall, created the wooden 'surrounds' and built-ins, and built an interior 10-step loft deck inside our garage for my husband's kite hobby
