Description of Work: Widening of the driveway to make a double versus single car driveway

Description of Work: I own a rental property that needed a rather long list of oddjobs, and fixes to pass a city inspection. I emailed Bill the list and he began the next morning on assessing quick fixes versus what he would have to order parts for. He was incredibly efficient with time, letting me know what he was getting accomplished, and decisions i needed to make on parts and whatnot. He would shoot me a text message when he started work, and also when he finished. He would send an email at the end of the day (with pictures) everything that was completed. Some examples on the list: * Plumbing - he fixed the water pressure problem in the kitchen sink * Electrical - he fixed a relay switch on the laundry dryer, as well as handled an issue i had with my gfci outlets in the kitchen. (He even went out of his way to label my circuit box and confusing gfci outlet.) * Cleaning - He removed a ton of debris (during the snow/ice no less) * Fixes - I had a window that would not stay open, and was difficult to lock. He fixed that. He fixed the closet door hinges in the bedroom. He fixed * Installed two Carbon Monoxide sensors for me on two different floors. *Painted - He painted a large section of wall in the basement.

Description of Work: I haven't listed a date or cost of service because I can't recall the exact information. Over the past 6 years or so I've used Bill Prehn (pronounced "Prane) for many jobs, including the following: |- installation of vinyl siding on a cinder block house; |-installation of a sump pump and drains (completely solved my basement flooding); |- repair of roof leak; |- gutter repair; and |- misc. handyman tasks (grouting, door jamb repair, etc.). |Bill and his crew have done an excellent job on all projects, and their prices are very reasonable. Bill's punctuality is amazing. He always arrives on the dot. I trust Bill to do a great job on each project, large or small.

Description of Work: PAINTING, PUT IN A VENT, PUT UP CLOSET DOORS, PUT IN AN OUTSIDE ELECTRICAL OUTLET, OTHER HANDYWORK

Description of Work: Bill Prehn added an addiiton to my home. The addiiton was two stories and included a finished room on the top and a utility room underneath. We faced a deadline as my recent marraige increased my family size by 2 children. Bill and crew handled all the details of the work and got the necessary approval from our county government.

Description of Work: Drywall repair, touch-up paint and molding replacement (from a previous toilet installation). Hung 8 pictures and a mirror.

Description of Work: Installed wainscoting.

Description of Work: I ASKED MR. PREHN TO REPLACE THE OLD HAND RAIL WITH ALL NEW MATERIAL. THE RAIL LOOKED ALMOST LIKE THE OLD ONE, AS HE DID A GOOD JOB OF REPLICATION.
