+ -1 moreThis man was doing work on my neighbors house and without permission came into my house and turned my water off and left all my doors open. My niece and son were home and were extremely shaken up. I am filing a police report.

Description of Work: Toilet water was disconnected by previous plumbing service. Bauman replaced the inside parts for the toilet and charged me for them, though that was not even the problem. WAited for a few more days for him to return and fix it properly and he re-routed the water so now it flows to the toilet from the bathroom sink. He left a pipe cut off and sticking up out of the tile floor under the toilet. He then told me that the entire house had to be re-done and that he would dig up the front lawn to get to the outside pipes and replace the water pipe into the house and give me more water pressure. He would also have replaced the utility tub in the basement, but he gave me a huge estimate. I have not called him to have him do this work as I was not satisfied with the small job he did for me.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE PROMPT AND DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. THEY FIXED THE PIPE THAT HAD A BIG HOLE IN IT AT A LOW COST.
