Description of Work: We have an annual service contract with B&B. They responded on a service call for our furnace when we lost heat at the beginning of the winter season. They provided service on weekends and repaired the system for under $1000 instead of an emergency replacement of a heat and A/C system. The repairs allowed the furnace to work through the harsh winter this year

Description of Work: I have a service contract with B&B for my rental home. On the coldest winter day, or the hottest summer days I can call them and they will prioritize me and make those repairs. The heat pump in my rental is on it's last leg, and these guys keep it running year after year.

Description of Work: Replaced 20 year old York Heat Pump with new Lennox system. They took care of BGE rebates. Were very professional and courteous. Had to come back to install the emergency heat exchange, as the correct one was not in the package brought here originally. They said they would take care of all permits and inspections; am still waiting for final county inspection (that might be AA County we are waiting on).

I've had a yearly maintenance contract with Band B for a couple years. This involves an inspection of AC as summer approaches and heating system as winter approaches. This contract has spanned a couple homes. The technicians are always hard-working, polite, and are willing to take the time to explain issues and functions. There is no hard sell for additional work.

I have a service contract with Band B for my gas furnace and A/C. They are always prompt, responsive, and courteous. I was referred by a neighbor and in turn, I have referred them to others. All have had positive experiences.
Description of Work: Due to the severe temperatures this summer, my ducts in the basement were sweating quite a bit. They offered me options, and I decided to install a vent in the basement. (The price of the service is so low due to the fact that we already pay $300 per year for the contract.)

Band B came out within two days for an estimate. Did the work the next day in a very professional manner. I highly recommend Band B. We did use the Columbia office.

B and B AIR CONDITIONING and HEATING IS VERY PROMPT WITH THEIR SERVICES. THEY DO EXCELLENT WORK AT A VERY REASONABLE COST. WE'VE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS GETTING THEM TO COME OUT ON A MOMENTS NOTICE. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
