Within three months of the 2014 installation of the $11,500 new AC system, one of the units was pouring water into my house. Not leaking but pouring water inside my home where it caused damage to my wall and I believe the motor of the unit. The company come out promptly to fix the water issue at no charge. In 2015, the same unit was leaking water inside my house. The company cleaned my unit. In early September 2016, this same unit stopped working - no cool air - and it was leaking water inside the house. I turned the units off for the season as I received no response from Annapolis Air after contacting them. In the spring of 2017 I emailed and called the company to have a tech fix the broken unit. Annapolis Air never returned my call or responded to my emails. This past week, the same unit poured water into my house damaging my wood flooring - all buckled, my interior wall, and a living room chair. I contacted the company via of email to notify them and asked them to remove my 2014 positive review from their website. They are getting my messages because my review has been removed from their website. But, otherwise no contact from the company. So in the end, Annapolis Air appears qualified when it comes to selling you an air conditioning unit, and they were nice and professional at the time of the sale and during installation. However today, I am certain the installation of this unit was not properly fitted which one of the causes for the repeated leaking inside my home . And, their customer responsiveness is non-existent when you want follow-up service or if there is a problem. This was an expensive proposition - $11,500. No, I would not recommend this company. UPDATE 7-13-17 This is an addendum to a 7/10/17 review about this company. The owner of the company after several weeks finally responded saying many things including their company has nothing to do with warranty and I must contact the manufacturer, Fujitsu (which I did). And while this company remains installing AC units of all kinds he specifically stated in his mail to me this week, "we are unable at this time to provide maintenance or emergency services." So again, I paid Annapolis Air Corp $11,500 for AC units that are still under warranty, where one unit has completely failed as determined by an independent contractor who inspected the unit today (there is a several leak which leads to the unit freezing, then defrosting inside the my house - which caused several thousands dollars of interior damage.) And yet, Annapolis Air Corp - specifically the owner of the company - will not take responsibility for offering a refund, a replacement or fixing of the unit. Fujitsu America informs me the responsibility is on the contractor who installed it saying it was likely installed wrong. This dissatisfied customer is out $11,500 paid to Annapolis Air Corp and is spending thousands of dollars to fix my wood floor, my interior wall damaged by the flood from the unit, and hundreds of dollars in repair costs - potentially more if I need a full replacement. I strongly encourage you to not buy Fujisu AC split units and do not use Annapolis Air Corp. I completely, wholeheartedly believe I have been scammed.

Everything went smoothly. They were professional, prompt, and very easy to deal with.

Don's crew installed a compressor in my rental unit. The air handler was not replaced. When the air handler started malfunctioning, Don immediately got his guys out numerous times to troubleshoot the problem and he worked with my electrician to get the problem fixed. It was a difficult problem as it involved both the air handler and electrical problems and I had to call or text Don numerous times with information and updates and he never made me feel like was pestering him. Instead he bent over backwards to get the problem fixed right away. I also had him replace my entire AC unit in my primary home because his price and customer service was so good compared to the other guys. He is my go-to AC guy now and I refer him to my friends and other landlords as much as possible.

The experience of working with Annapolis Air was extraordinary. It was old-time excellent customer service starting with the accurate estimate to their punctuality, professionalism, courteousness, trustworthiness. Their workmanship was stellar and they made it a point to install the new high efficiency units quickly while also working under a tight schedule with other clients. Don Clark made sure the project was done timely and expertly by his team. He went out of his way to do the onsite estimate on a holiday understanding the need to get the job completed because of the heat. Annapolis Air dropped off a portable AC unit until the new units could be installed a couple days later to help us get through the heat/humidity. The onsite team was also great and their workmanship fantastic. They were friendly, kind and super friendly to my dogs which was great to see because I know they must have enjoyed the extra pats and backyard play. Other AC contractors were befuddled on how best to replace the original unit in a mid-century contemporary home that was not without challenges. Yet, Don Clark expertly assessed the situation, had a keen eye on how best to resolve our AC needs that would be both cost friendly and energy efficient. After a previous horrible experience with another AC contractor, it was heartening to see the attention Annapolis Air, Don and his team provided to this project. When we returned home on the second day when the project was complete, the house was cooled down, all units operating quietly, the house was undisturbed as if there was never a contractor or workman on site the previous two days. Without question, Annapolis Air, Don, John, Dave and the others including electrician Steve Bausum are the absolute best. We highly recommend them for their expert knowledge, experience and skills, attention to details, timeliness, out of this world customer service, trustworthiness, friendliness, professionalism, their love of dogs and an ability to tolerate a howling one. Went great! Don came and walked thru the whole house explained everything in detail to us. John and Dave installed the system the following week. They came when they said they would, very professional. Went above our expectations. The high velocity system was just what we were looking for, very small footprint.

The company showed up on time and made sure that were not inconvenienced while they were removing the old system. They explained everything and answered all of questions. They put booties on to protect our floors and cleaned the area of all the evidence of the old system, cleaned and checked all the duct work to make sure that the new system would work properly. When installing the new system all the boxes were busted down and loaded up in their vehicle. When they left the job was complete and the owner Mr. French would not leave until out new unit was working to his satisfaction. I would recommend him and his company to anyone needing to replace their air conditioning or heating system.

They did the job efficiently and very professionally. The entire process went smoothly and they followed up to ensure it all worked out. I was satisfied with then price and would recommend them to others.
