Description of Work: Cleaned out gutters. They cleaned up everything removed from the gutters. They also blew off the roof as a bonus. My roof really needed that with all the oak pollen and twigs that had fallen on it.

Description of Work: Prompt response to my request for quote. I mentioned that cleaning was in preparation for painting the house. After looking at gutters, the estimator asked if I had any interest in replacing, suggesting that old gutters be removed before painting. These were original gutters, 25 years old, and I decided I liked the replacement option. The estimator told me Aerotech could remove the gutters, or the paint team could do it, and to call when painting was complete to schedule install. Installers arrived when promised and installed 6 inch gutters and downspouts. They tested all downspouts that were buried underground. The new gutters matched the new paint perfectly (they had provided color samples for me to work with) and they are beautifully done. So glad I made the choice to install new gutters and downspouts. They will be hired to do routine cleaning.

Description of Work: One disappointment - one of my gutters (with a helmet guard) is pulling away from our home but when the Aerotech person came out he told me that they do not clean or repair this type of gutter! All this time we've been paying for ALL the gutters to be cleaned 4 times each year and just NOW find out the main gutter has never been cleaned or serviced by them!

Description of Work: Sean came and looked at my gutters and made some suggestions. He gave me information on how to stop the overflow off of my back roof and gave an estimate, which I thought was very reasonable. I agreed to replace one gutter and have the others cleaned out. I was shocked to come home from work the next day, and find the job completely done. After the heavy rain yesterday, no overflow at all. I am very pleased and plan to upgrade other gutters over time. Description of Work: They inspected my gutters in September 2006, (on a very tall three story townhouse on a hill) and gave me an estimate of $200 to clean the gutters as follows- September 2006, December 2006, March 2007, and again on June 2007 for that flat fee. I sent them a check on Friday in September, when I arrived home the following Wednesday afternoon they had left a flag on my lawn saying they had cleaned the gutters AND replaced a loose shingle. It rained the next weekend and I had no more Niagara Falls around my home because of the clogged gutters. Excellent work! I am still in the process of looking for the Superman Cape! I highly recommend them. You could do a whole lot worse. Also if you're a new customer, ask for the $15 discount which brought my cost down to $185.
