This was such a good company. The gutters were only part of a much larger project but they were excellent. They did such a good job that we signed up for their service to have them come twice a year and clean our gutters out. We've been thrilled with them.

We signed up for their quarterly visits. They came before they thought they would be able to, but they were able to fit us in. They were great. They cleaned up well and left everything immaculate. They even cleaned leaves off the entire deck which wasn't even part of the job.

They come out, clean the gutters and then everything works fine. I am very pleased. I pay them once a year for the service they do. I will continue to use them for future work.

They consistently do a timely and effective job. I don't have to be home for them to come out, they'll leave a flag indicating that they have there. I will continue to use them for future service.

The man that came out was very nice and did his best. They treat you very nicely but they're not very pro-active. They fixed the gutters and now everything is just fine. I'm just not happy because my gutters need to be cleaned in between visits. I feel they should come out more often. They do exactly what they say they will and if you have problems they'll put you on their priority list.

They've done good job. I don't have to be home when they come out to do the work. They leave a note on the door indicating they've been there. We will continue to use them for future service.

They would not tell us when they were coming, so I did not grade punctuality. We called them about gutter repair a number of times and received no response. It has gotten to the point that we are looking for other providers. The cleaning was good but other issues got into the way.

I tried calling them but I was never able to get any response out of them. I would not use them again because of this experience.

They did exactly what they said they were going to do and did the work quickly. We would use them again for future work and have even recommended them to the neighbor.

I called the company and asked why they didn't come out. They said they did but that they ran out of flags to leave. When I indicated that my gutters were also full they told me I should have called them about it. Because of this problem, I decided to not renew my contract with them. I had several good years with them, however things fell apart last year. The approximate cost listed was for the whole year.

Because we have a contract with them, they come out within the month that we set up. They then leave a flag in the yard indicating they have been out. The approximate cost listed is what is paid per visit (about $650 for the whole year). We will continue to use them for future service.

The only thing that worries us that they walk on our roof and we feel that it's dangerous because we have two steep pitches. Other than that, they're great. We will continue to use them for future service.

They come out four times a year to do the cleaning. However, we live in a very wooded area and sometimes they have to come out in between visits. We are very happy with them. We don't have to be home for them to come out; they'll leave notification on the door indicating that they have been there. We will continue to use them for future service.

The reason I gave them a B for their quality of service is because they broke some of my plants one time when they came out. After that happened a manager came out and looked at the damage and now a manager has to be present with them while they clean. I haven't had any problems since. I will continue to use them for future service.

We originally thought we only needed the gutters cleaned after the recent heavy rains. However, the extremely professional and courteous man who came to estimate the job pointed out that they were leaking (there was damage to the underlying trim), and that the plastic covers would need to be removed and would most likely not survive the removal (they did not). We were appalled at how much black, decomposing stuff collects in gutters even when they are covered with screening (lesson learned; clean covered gutters at least every 5 years). The two men who did the actual work arrived exactly on time, had the whole project finished in under 4 hours (we were expecting at least a whole day), and were unfailingly polite and professional. Finally, the new gutter screening does indeed seem considerably more substantial and durable than the plastic stuff that was there originally, and overall, the job appears to have been very well done (we'll know for sure after the next rain). Plus, we love that the business is located so close to where we live. On the other hand, when the work that was needed was described to us in the estimation process, it seemed quite tedious and time consuming, so that, in our ignorance, we felt that perhaps the price that was quoted was justified. In fact, as we watched the work in progress, it seemed to go incredibly quickly. We feel that, had we had time to get more estimates, we might have been able to do better in the pricing, though I cannot say so for certain (I highly recommend getting a second estimate). We were also rather dismayed to find that a lot of the debris that had been blown off the back deck and the balcony above it was blown into the basement stairwell, which we discovered later and had to clean up ourselves. While it is certainly possible that this was an accidental oversight, the stairwell cannot be missed, and frankly, for $1700, I don't expect to have to do ANY cleaning.

They came right out and cleaned the gutters. No issues, sometimes they even clean the drain at the basement which was not contracted for. They always clean up and have never left a mess.

I have been pleased with their work and will continue to use them.

Aerotech came out at the wrong time of the year, so my gutters got clogged a month later. When I called the emergency service, they didn't arrive which I felt was very rude. So I emailed the owner complaining and in 30 minutes he replied to me. He was very apologetic and told me that he couldn't convey how sorry he was and sent the workers out immediately. I will use them again after I try Lawn Advantage to see if they do the job better.

Their service was great, but I felt they were quite pricey for the replacement. They did however, come out on time and cleaned up their mess nicely. I also felt that they were able to do the work pretty quickly.

I am older and I have a hard time with finding good service providers. I was not really pleased with this company, as I feel the price was high for what little work they did. I don t even know when they left. There was no communication between me and him. The workers never spoke to me! The work was completed though, but I wouldn't use them again because of the lack of communication.

DURING THE JOB, THEY KNOCKED MY A/C CONDENSER LINE OFF THE GUTTERS. IT TOOK ME 5 PHONE CALLS & 3 WEEKS TO GET THEM TO COME BACK OUT & PUT IT BACK BUT, THEY FINALLY DID.

June '06 they walked on roof to clean gutters & man on ground gestured that man on roof could speak English; man on roof couldn't hear me till he finished and came down. Told him and wrote note with check as reminder. 2nd visit I was not home but neighbor said they went on roof again. Called Jacquelyn in office & said if it happens again I will not pay. She said computer clearly stated stay off roof. 3rd time they used a ladder. Bill for that trip included $60 for 4th visit; fine print said contract should be paid in full at outset, but they had not billed me that way before. I paid the requested $120. On the trip, Mar 07, I heard them on roof, ran out and stopped them and sent them away. Called and demanded a refund of $60 for this visit. They agreed & apologized. But despite 2 more calls, most recently end of May, I still have not received my refund, though each person I spoke to says computer shows I'm due one. They finally did pay me back.

At the time that they came out I paid them $240 for about a half hours worth of work. Now however, my gutters are not working and are flooding and leaking. I feel they should come out to resolve this problem.
