It's a very easy process. They show up and do the work and then send you a bill.

We have a yearly contract with Aerotech to clean our gutters. They are extremely professional and courteous. They have resolved any and all issues and concerns that I have brought to their attention. I am very happy with their services and will continue to use them in the future and will recommend them to my friends.

He gave me some really good feedback about the covers because I've been having some leakage. He was just super helpful and informative. He came up stairs and actually really took a look at what I could see from up top and spent quite some time explaining to me how things worked and my options, so I really appreciated that.

Great experience. These guys know what they are doing and do it well. We only had one small problem--if you can call it that. Shortly after I signed the contract and sent in the deposit my wife and I went away for a long weekend. A few days after we returned a neighbor mentioned that they thought our new gutters looked good. Sure enough, the gutters had been installed! We were surprised since we had not established the date for installation and in fact were waiting for our new roof to be put on. . We had told Aerotech about this as well. All is well that ends well, though, since Aerotech said they would take responsibility if the new gutters were damaged during the roof installation. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

I have been using them for 2 years. They come out 4 times a year for gutter cleaning. I have been very pleased with them and plan to continue my service with them. They also replaced some gutter for me in the past, that was very reasonable as well.

I have been having water overflow problems for years--the gutters just wouldn't handle heavy rain. I tried screens but those did not help. I called Aerotech, based on their Angie's List listing. The salesperson called, made an appointment, showed up on time and explained that for some reason I had smaller futters and downspouts than my neighbors. He gave me two options for replacing them--a low cost option and the higher cost one with a longer warranty, heavier guage aluminum, etc--and including a year's worth of cleaning. I chose the latter, and after waiting a week for our condo association OK to move ahead, scheduled the installation. The installers showed up as promised, did a the job quickly and cleaned up perfectly after themselves. Since then, I have also had a cleaning which they did on their schedule--i did not have to call. And the gutters are working as they are supposed to. Highly recommended

Sean provided the estimate. He offered the best price, was realistic and honest. He had lots of beautiful options to choose from as far as metals and colors. They installed quickly and professionally. I will definitely use them again.

The sales representative was late, but did call to explain that he would be late. Once here, he explained the difference between my (failing) gutters and the Aerotech solution well. No hard pressure sales tactics to choose between the regular installation and a premium package with cleanings, which I appreciated. I came home one day to find the installers at work. A phone call telling me when they would be coming out would have been appreciated, but then again, they didn't need me at home to do their work. The gutters look great and work even better.

Aerotech arrived on site and reviewed the damage from the ice and snow. They pointed out all the breaks at one end of our house. They presented options and prices with each. The best overall was full replacement. That was the one we chose and they came out the next week and it was complete within three hours. The men were cordial and watched out for my mother who wanted to watch over the work. She's 82 and with a walker. I highly recommend Aerotech.

They came out originally after a storm and some gutters were loose. They went around an replaced them, and also affixed them to the house so that they have not come loose at all. You sign up for four services in the year for gutter cleaning. It’s $70 per service for me each time they come, so my gutters stay clear and clean. They have an office, so that if you have a problem, you can actually go to them and talk about it; you're not restricted to just calling a 1-800 number. All these lawn people come around asking for business and either don’t do a great job or are not insured, but this company is fabulous and their people are insured!

Getting the estimate, doing the scheduling and coming out was great. They did a good job getting the job done. The only complaint I have is that they blew out the downspouts with a blower and a lot of that wet stuff got all over, including on my car. They apologized and offered to come back out to clean it up.

The experience was very positive. I will definitely use them again. The Aerotech Gutters rep. was on time for the estimate and was very professional and courteous. He was not a high pressure sales person and he explained what caused the over flow of the gutters as well as what was needed to correct the problem. Payment was very convenient. I got a bill in the mail and had the option to pay by credit card over the phone or send them a check in the mail. In fact, I have recommended Aerotech Gutters to my neighbors.

Overall, the workman are very prompt and professional. Gutter replacement was done quickly and well. After a strong wind, someone stopped by and made an offer to replace the torn shingles, but I thought the estimate was very high (especially for a current customer) and I used another company who did the repair work and a much reduced cost. Overall, I am a very happy customer.

Great experience working with Aerotech from the beginning to the final installation. Job well done.

Instead of vacuuming, the people tramp all over our roof, loosening and breaking shingles, and use blowers to scatter the leaves and debris all over our deck, walkways, and plantings. Instead of removing the leaves and debris which collect at the downspout openings, they blow this debris down the downspouts, compacting and clogging them so that they do not drain at all. When we called to ask them if they could do anything to clean out the downspouts, we were told that they (after taking our money) were canceling our agreement and would not be coming back either to clean our gutters or do anything about our downspouts. The company has no notion of customer service, and seems to have no regard for doing a decent job.

He told us the work would be done in 7-10 days but it was actually done in 4-5 days from my signing the contract. I pulled into my driveway and thought to myself why is that downspout sticking out. Then it dawned on me that it was new. They didn't leave a mess, there wasn't trash anywhere. It is as if the gutters were magically placed on the house. As you know it rained on Friday/Saturday and the gutters were put to the test. I was nervous at first because of all the problems we had with the original gutters. But everything was perfect. We didn't have water coming in through the french doors and weren't mopping up water!!!! It was a great experience.

They were excellent. They were pleasant to deal with and extremely professional. They cleaned up after themselves and it was a perfect installation. I didn't cost shop and it seemed like a reasonable number. I would absolutely use them again.

We were very pleased with the responsiveness of Aerotech. We e-mailed them, they called the next day and set up appt for the following day. Came out 10 minutes early. Sean Ward was very professional and wrote up a detailed description of what we wanted and gave us an estimate right then. After we agreed he said they'd come out in a week to ten days to do the installation. And they did. And cleaned up very well. The only reason I have them a "B" in price is that I don't really have a basis for comparison. One other company gave us a price about half of what Aerotech quoted (by mail after they had been out) but they only wrote "gutters" in the description so we had no idea what they were actually bidding on. And another company never showed up. We liked everything about Aerotech so we went with them. Dec 1 update: With strong winds and heavy, heavy rain this morning new gutters performed fabulously - no drips, clogs or rattles.

The estimate was quick. The guys came and did the work about 2 days later. They were done within 30 minutes. We signed up to have them come twice a year. I recommended them to my neighbor who has used them and signed up for the twice a year service as well.

The work was done on time and area was cleaned up after the work was completed. We are pleased with the quality of the work.

I called Aerotech because I had noticed overflow from my gutters. Within a day or two of my call to their office, Sean came out to check them. By using a mirror, he was able to examine them and show me that the gutters had pulled away from the house. He explained that they could re-attach them using heavy duty hangers and recommended installing aluminum flashing between the gutter and house. Several days later, the work was done. Aerotech is a great company to deal with!

The experience was very positive. I liked their timeliness once I gave them the "ok" to do the job. Also, I liked that their prices were really reasonable.

Overall experience was very positive and I will definitely use them again. Company rep. was on time for estimate and very professional/courteous. He was not high-pressure and I appreciated that. I downgraded them on quality because I specifically asked the company rep. if they would make sure the pipes leading from my downspouts were clear and he said they would. After cleaning, all pipes were clear except one which was heavily clogged with debris washed from the gutter. Rather than call them back out, I just unhooked the pipe and emptied/cleaned it myself. Payment was very easy/convenient. I got a bill in the mail and was able to pay by credit card over the phone. (Some other gutter cleaners require a check when they show up to clean which can be a hassle.)
