It went very nicely. They were very quick to respond after my first inquiry. The person who came to the house (Craig) was very helpful. We signed up for a four-time per year gutter cleaning. Their first visit was 10/29/14. We weren't home, however they left a flag on our driveway to indicate they had been there - GREAT idea, by the way! I received a follow-up telephone call on 10/30/14 informing me of the service (also a GREAT idea!), advising that the service was warranteed if I had any problems, advising of the approximate dates of future visits, etc. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend them highly, particularly since I've dealt with other gutter cleaning companies that did everything wrong they could possibly do. Also, their per-visit price, even before the Angie's List coupon, worked out to be a great deal.

I signed a contract one day, wrote a check, and they were done the very next day. I was so impressed by how nice they looked and how neat a job that they did, that I posted on facebook, "is it strange to love my new gutters?" Seriously, I did. A few days later, we had a downpour and I was just sooo happy that I had gotten that all taken care of. No more worries. Dealing with the company has been a real pleasure. I love they I don't have to call them to come clean my gutters. One less thing for me to worry about. I would definitely recommend Aerotech to anyone in my family or any of my friends.

They did a great job on our gutter replacement. We had a frequent problem with our basement flooding from rain water and the manager was able to come up with a solution. We upgraded to larger gutters with the screens. Our basement has not had any flooding issues since the new gutter system was installed. Needless to say we are thrilled!! We also have this company come 6 times per year to clean our gutters. Their cleaning service is an incredible price for the value. They are quick, courteous and quiet. They even blow leaves/debris away from the house afterwards which just adds to the clean look. We have no complaints whatsoever and will continue service.

I purchased a beautiful home that had one issue.... old gutters that were coming apart, discolored from age and when it would rain more than a sprinkle I had a waterfall coming from above the porch right in front of my entrance door. I called a few gutter companies for estimates but the prices were more than I could afford at the time. One rainy day I ran through the waterfall to my front door (getting completely soaked of course), stepped into my house and promptly slipped on my hardwood floors nearly crushing my poor cat. Coincidentally there was an advertisement from Aerotech in my mailbox. So I called them for an estimate but was already prepared to hear the price and know I couldn't afford to replace them at that time. A very nice salesperson came a few days later for my estimate. He listened to my story and all my complaints about the waterfall and the curb appeal and he was not only sympathetic but he made me laugh quite a few times about it! He had a great sense of humor. I couldn't believe it when he gave me the estimate. Brand new gutters, downspouts, the whole works for about $900 less than the other companies wanted to charge. Within a week I had my gutters installed! The crew came out, explained what they were going to do, were very friendly and professional. When they were finished my house had such a nice, fresh look to it! I've had several neighbors ask me what company replaced them because they really did a great job! I have also signed up for the cleaning service. They always do a great job keeping them clean and leave no mess behind when they are finished. I would recommend Aerotech to anyone who needs gutter service at a fair price and quality work.

I contacted the company for a estimate to get my gutter cleaned and a leaf guard installed. They were able to come out and do an estimate and quoted me a decent price. However, they couldn't tell me when they could schedule the service until I gave them a deposit. Also, I asked if there was a warranty associated with the leaf guard. They apparently didn't know so referred me to the website. I give them a fair grade because it seems like they should have basic knowledge of their products and I felt turned off by their response to basically figure it out for myself. I also was on a time crunch so didn't want to lock down their services not knowing when they could actually make it.

I am very, very happy with them. They came by and cleaned for the first time which is very fortunate. My yard contains gum trees and the seed pod of the gum tree is a little spikey bar. It jams up gutters very quickly and I had a lot of them. It’s been a wet spring this year. I was very, very pleased because they came out and did their first cleaning just in time. We are all set to go this fall and they did a completely fine job. I have no complaints whatsoever. They did a beautiful job. The gutters were so full of material that there was a little plant growing in there. The price is about $380 for 4 cleaning. The quality is first class. The gutters are nice and clean and flow very well with some of the heavy thunderstorms we have had. They gave me a time. They indicated that whether I was there or not, I would know that they were there because they put a little flag on my lawn. I went away to do some stuff, came home and the flag was there. The gutters were clean. They came the day they said they were going to come. No problems.

They are very responsive and leave no mess. I have been using them for about 2 years now. We have not had any problems with scheduling. The workers have been polite and courteous.

Did not really expect the gutters to be dirty, but called for cleaning because water was not draining from the gutters. Also asked to have the downspouts and underground drains checked to see if they were clogged and asked to have downspout filters installed to prevent materials from stopping up the underground drains in the future. The 2-man crew did not call before arriving. It took about 20 minutes for them to clean the gutters. They did not check to see if the underground drains were draining properly. They cut holes in the downspouts and slipped in pieces of cheap wire mesh. They were done in under an hour, but the work was completely unsatisfactory. I complained to Steve, the supervisor, who apologized and personally came out and installed industry-provided downspout filters, so in the end I got what I wanted for a fair price.

Did not use them for the repair. Do use them for gutter cleaning.

Simple job this time no complications Arrived ahead of schedule! and took extra time to ensure good job. Cleaned up well after completing job. Worth paying a little extra for a reliable and consistent service

The service was fine.I had to have them come back 6 months later because the gutter was leaking inside the house.

They did such a super job our lot looked better than it had before they arrived. Two very nice young me. Very efficient and conscientious. The service is usually very good but this was super.

One of the crew members told me they would check the problem and I would received an email with their findings. After a week of no email, I called the company. That person told me they do not send emails. The job was done correctly. The person in the office was very knowledgeable and polite. I felt it was irresponsible of the technician to tell me they'd send me information via email when the company does no such thing.

They did a great job. Their pricing was competitive.

Brian arrived right on time to provide the estimate and had a crew out within a few days for the first cleaning after I signed on. I have a lot of trees over the house, so many potential blockages in the gutters, despite having guards on them. The one-time cleaning cost was expensive, and I need regular cleaning throughout the year in any case. The cost for 4 times/year is more reasonable. Gutter cleaning services are often not the most professional, so I was very pleased that they are serious about it and actually custom manufacture gutters too. I'm not ready for that yet though.

The repair and cleaning seems to be fine. My beef with this company had to do with a misunderstanding and confusion on my part about the price. I was under the impression that the initial cleaning and repair was $250...and that succeeding cleanings would cost $50 each (the four-times-year rate) with a $20 discount. Then I got the bills (two of them). It seems the $250 was for the repair only...and that the cleaning was separate ($50 less the $20 discount). So my advice to anyone considering doing business with this company is to make absolutely sure you understand that the cleaning and repair work is separate -- there is no "package price" (as I understood it) of $250. To their credit, the company called to discuss my issue and agreed credit that first cleaning. They were most interested in making sure I understood they weren't trying to pull a fast one...and were apologetic about the misunderstanding.

Our estimator was Brian and from the start I liked him. He came in with such a very polite attitude, no rushing. He introduced himself and we looked over the job. What I liked is he had his form with him and he gave me 4 options right there after doing some measuring with costs and gave me so many different ways to go, but without pressure. Brian did not hard sell or try to pressure me into it. I told him I had to talk it over with my partner and he said that was fine and to let him know if I had questions etc and took his leave. Later I had questions for him and he very quickly responded and worked with me. Very pleased at his work ethic very hard to find now days. I talked it over we made a decision on which way we wanted to go, I called the office, which by the way is one of the best office staff I have run across in a long time. Very polite, very helpful. I was told I could fax or mail in my contract and then they would get started on our project which from the time of getting the paper work would be aprox 2 weeks. I have one thing that I am still not sure about though with this company when you ask them to call before they come they say they don't do it as they are not sure when they come due to weather. I have had many a project outside and it may be last minute but they call. Anyway I am having other work done which would conflict with the gutter project so I had to call a couple of times to try and find out even maybe the week but in the end they did call and they worked with me and my other project so it did work out. I was told though when they asked me if I had any changes or such I wanted that someone would come the day of the work and go over the change. No one did and when I asked the installer of the gutters he said he just shook his head like he couldn't do anything about it I think he should have called someone before he started to see but I didn't act on it so part to blame. So who ever was supposed to come I was a little dissapointed as I really hired a good company so I could change one area and that didn't happen. And had questions. Overall though the installers were very polite, quick and clean. In my contract I will be receiving 4 gutter cleanings this year, if that goes well I will probably re sign another contract with them.

I wish the front office could tell me when the workmen are coming so I can leave my back fence unlocked, but they always do the job well and quietly, leave no mess when they clean the gutters or made the repairs. Since I live in a townhouse complex, I cannot climb three floors on a ladder and this company makes it easy. I do suggest they work out some kind of townhouse discount and possible get several houses in the same complex.

They came out, looked at it and it was a reasonable thing to do. Originally I was going to have them remove the gutter tops. The cost was very reasonable to take the old ones off and put new ones on. Other than that it was fine.

i had used Aerotech for my house gutters last year, which they did a great job with. My garage gutter was having issues, they had not replaced this one. They came out, gave me a reasonable estimate and the work was completed to a high standard the following week.

Called for an AeroTech estimate after getting a flyer in a Val-pak mailer, was assigned Rick as estimator. Rick came out, was jovial and friendly, but I could tell he wasn't a very good listener because he kept talking over me as I tried describing the problems I had called him out for. The impetus for calling was that a tree limb had badly damaged the two gutters on each floor of the the front of my house; the secondary issue was that I hadn't been satisfied with the way the gutters worked since I moved in 3 years previously. To his credit, he noted correctly that the gutter covers that the previous owner had installed were exacerbating the problem, but unfortunately he was very focused on that issue, and after telling me the story of the business that had installed them on thousands of homes in the early 2000s, very hurriedly jotted an estimate down. I asked him what next steps were, he said just to fax or email the estimate in and they'd get it scheduled. It seemed to fall within reasonable ranges according to Angie's List reviews of this type of service, so my wife and I decided to move forward the following Monday, but upon second look at the estimate I realized that he had only included replacement for one gutter (instead of two). When I called him back (about a week after his visit) , he had very little recollection of the home and said he'd have to get back to his paperwork to check. Then he called me, told me yeah, he had missed the second gutter, but he'd get a revised estimate in the next couple days. I found it pretty worrisome that he had missed something that was clear as day from the curb. I called the main office to let them know that in the meantime I'd be getting additional estimates because of this strange oversight, and that two other services were willing to come out immediately to provide one while Rick said it would be a couple days. I got a call from Rick about an hour later saying he'd be by later that evening with an estimate, which he did, but it was nearly 80% more than his previous estimate, punctuating the size of his error. That said, the new estimate was still competitively priced compared with the new ones I had received in the meantime- but I just couldn't see going with a service that so incompetently estimated the job initially. Another Angieslist recommendation and my ultimate choice, George Krilis Company (http://www.angieslist.com/companylist/us/va/annandale/george-krilis-company-llc-reviews-493607.htm) bid higher, but it was clear the owner took a considerably greater amount of pride in his work and business process, and they did a fantastic job.

It's a very easy process. They show up and do the work and then send you a bill.
