Buster was the man and he did a very good job. He came on time and was very polite. I had signed a contract for a series of cleanings for the year and the price was reasonable.

We have a very large home with many gutters and downspouts. During the year the gutters became quite clogged and caused leaking within the house whenever we experienced a heavy rain. I found Aerotech listed on Angie's List. The company representative (Eric) was quite responsive and was both professional and personable in his approach. We signed a yearly contract (4 cleanings per year at a cost of $100 per cleaning). The crew came within a few days (we did not have to be at home to receive them). They cleaned the gutters thoroughly and cleaned up all of the fallen debris. We were very pleased with this service.

I am disappointed in the level of service we received from Aerotech. The sales guy gave me an estimate that seemed like a lot considering in my previous house I had all of my gutters completely replaced for a fraction of the cost. However, my house is bigger and it included a year-long service plan so I agreed. The day the guys arrived to work on my gutters they were cussing and yelling at each other. I was home with a baby who is learning to talk and did not like hearing the ''F'' and ''s'' words flying around. They left clumps of leaves in my bushes and around the base of the house. I called to have this fixed and have a supervisor check the work. On the scheduled day he did not show up. Subsequently, he did not show or rescheduled 3-4 times. I finally had to call the main office. Finally he arrived, and said he would have the guys return to pick up leaves, but they never did to my knowledge. I was also billed 100 dollars more thant the statement that I signed.

I was very frustrated. Although they seemed competent and on time for the first gutter cleaning, it was very difficult to get them to do the repair properly and then to come out for the second gutter cleaning.

Excellent service with quick response. They are VERY professional. I wish I had found out about them sooner. I liked the options they provided me for scheduled cleanings.

THEIR SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING. A PROFESSIONAL SALESMAN CAME TO THE HOUSE AND ARRIVED PUNCTUALLY. HE PROVIDED SUGGESTIONS AND WAS HELPFUL BUT NOT PUSHY. THE INSTALLATION WAS PERFORMED QUICKLY AND THE WORKMEN WERE VERY CAREFUL AND THOROUGH.

ONE TIME I HAD TO CALL THEM AND THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE AND VERY POLITE. THEY DO A NICE JOB. THEY CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

THEY COME WHEN I AM GONE, BUT THEY LEAVE A NOTE THAT THEY WERE HERE, THEY ALWAYS DO A PROFESSIONAL JOB, AND THEY ALWAYS CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK.

THEY COME OUT QUARTERLY, AND CLEAN OUR GUTTERS. THEY ALSO COME OUT WITH THE LEAF BLOWERS. THEY CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES, AND ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

I USE AEROTECH GUTTER SERVICE TO CLEAN MY GUTTERS YEAR ROUND. IT IS VERY CONVENIENT AS I AM ON A SCHEDULE AND DO NOT EVER HAVE TO REMEMBER TO HAVE THE GUTTERS CLEANED. IF I NEED AN EXTRA CLEANING IN ADDITION TO MY SCHEDULE THEY WILL ALSO COME OUT AND DO THAT. THEY ARE VERY QUICK AND ALSO BLOW ALL THE LEAVES OFF THE DECK AND WALKWAYS WHEN THEY ARE FINISHED. THEY LEAVE A LITTLE YELLOW FLAG IN THE LAWN TO LET YOU KNOW THEY WERE THERE. I HAVE USED THEM FOR 3 YEARS AND HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED. I GOT THEIR NAME FROM MY NEIGHBOR WHO ALSO USE THEM. THEY ARE FULLY INSURED SO THAT GIVES YOU PEACE OF MIND WHEN SOMEONE IS UP ON YOUR ROOF.

THESE FOLKS INSTALLED OUR NEW GUTTERS ABOUT FOUR YEARS AGO AND DID A FINE JOB. THAT JOB HAS A LIFETIME WARRANTY AS LONG AS THE YEARLY CONTRACT IS RENEWED. THEY SOMETIMES MISS A CLOG ON A GUTTER, BUT THEY DO COME OUT IMMEDIATELY WHEN THE PROBLEM IS REPORTED.
