Work was never negotiated or started.

Eric said that the job would be done in a week to ten days. I was pleasantly surprised when the crew showed up two days later. They explained how they would install the gutter and downspout and then got straight to work. It only took about an hour or so. Everything worked great during that big rainstorm we had last weekend!

In Oct. 2005, heavy rains and clogged gutters caused a large amount of water to pool against the house, resulting in some basement leakage. We called Aerotech, they promptly scheduled an estimate visit (not required to be home for that). Following that, they scheduled the cleaning, arrived on the scheduled day, and left a small yellow flag next to my front walk signifying work was completed. They have arrived promptly every quarter since, and we have not had a single problem with the gutter since then.

Although it took them longer to come out for the first cleaning than anticipated, they did an excellent job. I appreciated the fact that once the pine needles were out of the gutters, they blew clean our front and back decks so that they were leaf and pine needle free. We will definitely continue using them.

Could not have asked for a better experience. At the height of the season, they came and gave me an estimate within 24 hours. They arrived to clean my gutters within three days of my having signed an agreement. They were quick, clean, and courteous.

Terrible. I ask the company could someone let me know when they are coming out to clean so I can make sure I am there. They replaced the downspouts, however water is still spilling out. They sent a bill for a cleaning in April and it went to the wrong address. I didn't get it until late, then I paid the bill. I had another company look at the gutters they had never been cleaned. I call and the company was very rude, they really acted like they didn't care about our return business. When the gentleman came out he was singing a different story.

Had Aerotech provide an estimate for periodic gutter cleaning (four times per year). The representative was friendly and direct. No surprise charges or pushing for extra services. When I corrected the estimate before submission to include a second story gutter that was not noticed by the estimator, the cost was not changed. We have had two cleanings so far and the work has definitely made a difference in our water management. Aerotech leaves notices when work is performed.

Their estimate was lower than other estimates. They were very prompt and polite, and gave good information.

Fine. Estimator took a few days to get here, but gutter cleaning is usually not an emergency project. Gutter guys came when they said they would, worked quickly and efficiently, and left without making too much of a mess.

This was the worst experience I've ever been through. The gutter was separated on the back of the house, and he said they needed metal hooks and pieces to fasten the gutter to the home and prevent water runoff. It didn't work and water still poured off. One of the downspouts slipped out of the gutter, and I asked them to fix the fascia, and they said they'd be back the next day to fix that and the molding. They returned 6 months later and removed my molding from the premise and put one on that didn't match the rest of my home. They haven't returned my calls or come back since then, and the runoff problem still exists. Every time I call them, I get a different story and now am trying to get someone to resolve the issue. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

Great job. These guys have been cleaning our gutters for years so I called them first. I got the estimate on September 12, but wanted to get at least one more estimate. About a week later I got an estimate from another contractor that was about $200 higher. He did give me a lower offer a few days later, but I decided to stick with Aerotech since they had the low price up front, and their warranty was better (lifetime) as long as I remain a customer. When I got the estimate, I was told they worked three weeks out. I faxed back the agreement on September. 29, and my new gutters were installed October 9, much quicker than expected. The only complaint I'd have was they didn't warn us they were coming, my husband was off work and sleeping when they arrived and started pulling off the old gutters a little after 9 a.m!

It was hard to tell if the gutters were cleaned since no note is left and no call is made, you just get a bill. But a supervisor did come out to check and assured us that the work had been done. Would love to have more info that work has actually been done! More communication! The service rep who answers the phone is very professional.

It really annoys me when a company offers an online email service to contact them, which I did to ask for an estimate of gutter cleaning and repair, and then they NEVER answer you at all. Better not to offer such a service if you don't intend to answer.

After playing phone tag with their rep and one failed visit (they went to the wrong address), we finally got an estimate, both for routine seasonal cleanings and some downspout/drainpipe work). They left a large sharp curved piece of metal in our yard, which I was not happy about because we have three dogs and one or more could have received serious cuts on their pads had they stepped on it. While we will likely keep the company for the balance of the contract, I believe they need to do some work on their front-end customer service and remind their field crews to clean up any potentially hazardous or dangerous items created as a result of their own work.

Estimator on time, estimate reasonable, work performed professionally and with apparent excellent results.

They did a fine job, however two things annoyed me. One they won't call and give a heads up when they will come to clean gutters. You make an appointment and they say they will arrive within a month. Secondly, the did gutter repair work on another occasion and they didn't leave us any notice of work completed. I'd give them a B.

Very pleased with service, have signed up for regular gutter maintenance.

Did a really good job and didn't harm the Spanish tile on my roof. Rep came over and we figured out what I needed and he didn't try to over sell service. I went with twice a year service for $150.
