Mr. Welsh is the best. He came to our house at 6:00 PM in the pouring rain. He found our problem on our outside unit, but had to wait in his truck for at least 30 minutes before he could make the repair due to the rain. He stayed until the AC was fixed, didn't charge for the wait time.

I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED WITH THE TIME FRAME FROM THE FIRST VISIT TO THE NEXT, BUT OVERALL THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THE MAN WAS VERY HELPFUL, AND SHOWED MY HUSBAND, AND I WHERE THE LEAK WAS, AND EXPLAINED OUR OPTIONS WELL. I FELT HE WAS VERY UP FRONT AND HONEST.
