Description of Work: So far they have completed my annual Fall 2014 and Spring 2015 maintenance and check-out. They have responded to a leaking humidifier on the furnace and two calls for issues re: furnace not responding to the thermostat ( a problem of many years not resolved by other companies). The second technician immediately identified an issue with a blockage in the chimney which activated the safety shut off. A chimney sweep was called in. He identified and corrected a crimped off furnace exhaust pipe and corrected the problem. Years of battling the furnance were ended!

Description of Work: HGH installed a new heating & air conditioning system in our house. They removed the existing radiators and old air conditioning system. The entire process was very professional, on budget and on schedule. We have a yearly maintenance service with HGH.
