I used them because they were on Angie’s List. The price that I paid them was a special or something.

Estimator came out to the house and did a fantastic job explaining what my options were, including whether or not to replace the furnace/air handler at the same time. He explained the pros and cons of different models (single, two stage etc). He ran numbers on different SEER ratings vs price to give me a feel for ROI. Never felt pressured as I had from other companies that I had solicited quotes from, and when I made my decision on what equipment to replace (evaporator and coil), I feel I made the best informed decision, and I think I got a pretty good price. Even gave me some free advice on a water issue in my basement. The next day, they had a tech come to take measurements of the duct work and furnace. Installers came the next day (on a Saturday). They were extremely professional, took the time to explain what they were doing, and installed both the coil and new evaporator in about 2.5 hours. The replaced and leveled the pad. They even replaced the insulation on my other 2 ton unit for free. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC repair/service.

The technician arrived 10 minutes before the estimated time. He was very professional. He checked the thermostat and furnace, then the condenser. It was a few burned wires, which he replaced. He was here less than 20 minutes. I am very pleased with HGH and will certainly call again.

They did a great job, their price was fair and they did what they said they were going to do. They were on time. There was nothing that I did not like about them, they were really good. I would recommend them to others because they are fair, honest, professional, and they know what they are doing.

Lost furnace on Saturday, Sunday. Attempt was made by us to fix furnace without any result. Did with two small heaters until Monday morning. The response time was within a couple of hours. I did have the heat from the small heaters thus not necessary for immedate visit. The tech was here less than an hour.

Called on Thursday afternoon. They scheduled a visit for Friday AM between 9-12. Phil the tech came at 8:30. Looked at the unit and noticed parts were missing. Found them on the floor near the furnace and reassembled the unit with the missing parts. Tested the operation and showed me how the unit functioned, how to adjust the water flow and humidity levels. Very polite, very professional. He was done by 8:45. Could not have asked for better service

It went great. They were in and out in one day. They did not leave a mess. The new system has worked very well since. My energy bills have gone down so much that I could not believe it. I was very pleased with the company, the service, and their technicians.

They provided estimates and detailed explanations of the work that was going to be done. I remember them being great about answering all of my questions. When the work was done they completed the job, cleaned up after their work and made sure I was familiar with how to use the unit.

Manny is a consumate professional crafting his systems in exacting detail. during the job we ran into a modification of the system that required a unique application. Manny was on-the-spot with a creative work around all without slowing down production. Rather than creating an entirely new ducting system he recommended the addition of a Mini-split for a sunroom area. I have used a half dozen HVAC companies over the years and Manny is truly excellent and his prices cannot be beat. HGH comes when they say they are going to come and does what they say they are going to do.

The unit has been losing coolant from Day 1. They were always extremely responsive and courteous but or some reason did not want to file a claim to replace the coil, etc. or to find and repair the leak. Instead they continued to replenish the coolant annually at no cost to me. Given that the extended warantee only had one year left on it, I called in another contractor who found the leak (utilizing an electronic leak detector) and replaced the coil. The warantee company, Protection Plus (now known as Service Net) was extremely helpful throughout this process. So far, so good. the house seems more comfortable than since we purchased the unit - but of course "time wil tell".

Generally it went pretty well. They had the best bid and they were professional. At the very end of the job they charged me the balance of the account twice but they did straighten it out after about week.

I've had no problems HGH Mechanical at all. They seem to be very neat. They cleaned up all of their mess. From my experience with them they are very professional.

Great company, quick service, call on monday installed on friday entire hvac system. You will not be disappointed.

They came when they said they were going to come. They finished when they said they were going to finish. They were done and they did good work. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

Everything went well, they were excellent. They accessed the problem and took care of repositioning the inside unit. The price was great and they finished on time.

It went very well. The crew arrived precisely at the time promised. They worked throughout the day installing and testing the new equipment. Despite rainy weather outside, they managed to keep the inside of my home clean and dry. They completely cleaned up before they left. I had an issue with the thermostat installed. It was non-programmable while the contract called for a programmable thermostat. HGH Mechanical agreed immediately to order the correct thermostat and it was installed the following week. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service. The price I paid HGH Mechanical was far less than the estimate from BGE Home for similar equipment. BGE Home made incorrect statements about code requirements and would have done significant unnecessary work in my home. HGH Mechanical was knowledgeable and very professional.

As part of getting our basement finished, we decided to have the house dual zoned. Several people, including our contractor for the basement, recommended HGH. A representative from another company previously had come out to give an estimate but suggested that we would probably have to have the massive amount of electric cable for the AC run down the outside of our house to the compressor. After HGH reviewed the situation, they were able to develop a plan that allowed all wiring to the compressor run through an existing space in the house. The work was done promptly and efficiently. Several people came over a period of approximately three or four days. Each of the employees we had dealings with was courteous and professional. After each day, any mess that may have been made was cleaned up. Although the initial job was well done, we requested to have some air flow changes, and HGH promptly came back out to adjust the air flow to our complete satisfaction.

I decided not to go with them because of the price issue. They were actually really good, very thorough. They followed up with email and took the time to really talk to me. I was really pleased with that but in the end, Scott s was able to beat them by $1500. They were professional and knew what they were doing but the price was just too high. I can t fault them for the price and I have no complaints.

The job was done quickly and professionally. The servicemen were polite and friendly.

Ross, the appraiser, showed on time (Thurs.) and was able to supply the brand of equipment that I wanted. The price was reasonable and within the range of my other estimates. Manny, I believe one of the bosses, came the next day (Fri.) took photos and measurements. Work was to began on Monday but was delayed due to an unfinished job. The workers, Matt, Ryan, and I think, Carl showed on time Wed. and began work taking out the old boiler and water heater, Nelson and A.J. showed up a time later with the wrong water heater, and after being advised, he returned it for the correct one. By the end of the day, I had hot water, and by the end of Thursday, the boiler was installed wired and tested. The guys also took care of some minor leaks in the old galvanized pipes and replaced them with copper pipes and cleaned up and hauled away all trash. Manny returned Friday to check things out and schedule city inspection for the following Tuesday. The work passed inspection. Very happy with work.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD WITH EVERY ASPECT OF THEIR BUSINESS. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT, AND THEIR PRICE AND RESPONSE TIME WERE GREAT TOO! I HAVE USED THEM FOR SEVERAL JOBS IN MY HOME.
