Great - very please - employees were very professional and efficient open to any questions.

Everything went very well. Estimate was given promptly and in writing. Workers arrived on time at 8 am and inspected their work area to a**** how they were going to complete the job. All work including clean up was completed by 10 am. There was no need for the homeowner to clean any debris. Workers were very professional. We did feel the price was a little high, all things considered. Before workers arrived, we had the tank drained, which saved them money and for which we did not receive any discount.

Reasonable, explained entire procedure, no surprises, installers were fabulous.

Manny gave us an estimate, worked with us on one. Jared was an excellent installer and made sure everything was to my standards - entire job took about 3 weeks.

Had problem with HVAC at condo in Ocean City (Way out of there normal service range) a couple of weeks before our family vacation. Having used HGH in the past, with success, we called them right away, but figured it would be weeks before we could get it repaired or replaced. Well once they understood our family vacation was coming they sent someone down to look at the system. Ends up the unit needed to be replaced and the second day of our vacation we had AC. Wow now that is service!

From sales to measurements to installation. HGH is the team to have. Personable, honest, on time, attentive and exacting on all aspects of our install. I've already recommended them to co-workers.

During a recent evening electrical storm we were hit by a lightening surge which affected our a/c and heating units. Our initial emergency call to HGH was returned immediately and we were talked through what we needed to do. The following morning a repairman was out promptly to assess damages and/or to repair them. It was determined that they were both damaged beyond repair. At that point Ross came by to write an estimate and then submitted it to the insurance company. Ross also went over the type of replacement units that would be installed as well as the time frame to install them. Once Approved by the insurance company, Manny came out to verify dimensions and placement, making sure that the crew would have all the equipment necessary for the install. The crew arrived promptly at 8:30 a.m. as stated. They kept the house clean and were courteous. They worked continuously until we had a/c for the evening and then returned the next morning right on time to continue work on the second unit. Each day they would go over with us what they were going to do and then would walk us through what they completed (and explained how each unit worked) at the end of each day. The project install took approximately 4 days. The scope was to replace two multi zoned a/c and heating units, along with dampers and motors. They also removed all of the damaged existing equipment. Overall we had a wonderful experience working with the HGH team. They were prompt, knowledgable, courteous and very easy to contact, interact with and understand. They made what was a very unpleasant situation (no a/c during 90 degree weather) a very pleasant one. We would work with them again and highly recommend them.

At the start of the summer, I turned on my AC unit and no cold air was blowing out. Upon contacting another company, they did a service on the unit (replaced the capacitor), but said I had about 0 Freon left. The unit was 16 years old and it was not worth fixing the system. I received a quote from them, another company, and HGH. HGH came in at about $1000 under the competitors, and I went with them. The two installers came at about 7am on Saturday, and were completed by about 1pm. They did a great job of removing the old system and putting in the brand new one. My new system has been working great ever since. Thanks!

We left a message with their answering service around noon on Saturday about our no-fan-running air conditioner, and did not request Emergency weekend service (which was available we assumed at a slightly higher rate). Phil Hobbs called us at 6:00 a.m. Monday and asked if it would be okay for him to come between 7:15 and 7:30 this morning. He arrived promptly at 7:15. The burned out capacitor wasn't hard to find. By 7:30 a.m. he had replaced the capacitor and verified there were no Freon leaks, the house had started to cool, and we had paid him. This has been the most pleasant service call we have ever had! p.s. Their practice extends all over; it is not limited to the Joppa or Edgewood area.

Arrived at my home @ time promised, removed old equipment cleaned up any and all debris left my removable. Installed new equipment tested and retested to make sure all connections were properly installed. Removed all packaging from new units made sure everything was cleaned up properly.

Every workman was on time and behaved professionally.

Jim Hobbs came out to provide the initial estimate for installing the gas line to the fireplace. He was prompt and very efficient. I received the estimate by email the next day. While he was on the premises, I asked him to look at my furnace air supply and exhaust because they were too close to the ground and in big snowstorms they would become covered and cause the furnace to shut down. The job was completed when installers were ready for the gas line. This was all coordinated between the contractors. HGH installed two cut off valves which provides an extra measure of safety since the one cutoff valve is under the fireplace and not easily accessible when the fireplace is running. Furnace vents were raised at the same time so I e was on the premises I expect a trouble free winter next year. The overall experience with HGH was seamless and efficient.

Contractor arrived on time on agreed upon date(s). Installed quickly with little to no mess. Polite and professional.

HGH came out right away despite it being busy season. A competing firm couldn't come out to assess our situation for at least a week. They completed the work just a few days later. Very polite and willing to confer and explain options and recommendations.

They were very timely starting with Ross and Manny. Very professional in purchasing new system. Workers were courteous and efficient.

Due to being unable to fix the furnace the same day, the technician took the part home without my knowledge. The work ended up going fine, but this delay caused my tenant to have to go a day without heat.

Very professional from estimate to installation. Only snag was due to chimney cleaning takeing about 6 weeks. This was of no fault to HGH.

Overall, very good workmanship. We are very happy with the work and product.

I scheduled the fireplace installation through Watsons. HGH came out in November and looked at the job, gave me a price and then picked up the fireplace from Watsons for installation on December 22. They pulled the damper out and then said that the fireplace was too dirty to proceed (after making a complete mess). I had the fireplace cleaned AGAIN by a chimney sweep who came out that same day! When I called HGH to ask them to come back and complete the work, they said that the next available appointment was in three to four weeks. With no chimney cap and an open flu with my heat going up and out of the house and five boxes of fireplace in my house, I asked them to find time to come back sooner. "No can do" they said. And the owner got very testy about me suggesting that this was not acceptable said that he refused to do the job. Leaving me with a mess and equipment that hasn't been installed. Incredibly unprofessional.

There were the greatest to deal with. Did everything they said they would do, on time, very professional with a very good price. I highly recommend.

Technician was on time and very professional. The first thing he did was to put booties on before walking into our home, which we really appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and completed the work very quickly. He was able to trouble shoot and problem solve two different issues and resolved both in less than an hour.

Process was smooth and they were as advertised. They showed up timely for the quote, provided the quote timely, and installed the new and removed the old system as scheduled. Whole process was less than a week, which was very important since a cold spell was coming through and I had no heat. I used them previously to run a gas line and chimney liner, which also went very well.
