Although Larry was only asked to replace an old keypad lock with a new one with more features--including remote operation,he cheerfully went beyond the original requirement. While installing the new lock, Larry discovered that the installer of the old lock had, for unknown reasons, expanded the hole the lock had to be inserted into. Since the new lock is narrower than the old one, Larry recommended that he to go to Home Depot to get a part that would deal with the too-large hole. He acquired and installed the part at very reasonable cost. He replaced a lock on another door because the key to the old one was lost--another task not part of the original requirement. He also spent time making sure that the lock was connected to our WiFi network and that we were comfortable with the operation of the lock and with the app he had us load into our smartphones so the lock can be operated remotely. Another locksmith we had contacted made clear from the start that, if we hired him, he would just install the lock and would have nothing to do with connecting it to our network or showing us how to operate it. Larry was a thorough professional!
