Larry from Citywide contacted me within minutes of my post, scheduled the appointment for today arrived early, and completed the job. He was also cordial, and friendly, and I highly recommend him.

Arrived on time which is important to me. Larry was friendly, informative and patient with my questions. Will be glad to hire him again in the future.

Larry showed professionalism in that when he had car trouble, he contacted me before the appointment time and rescheduled for later the same day. He assessed the problem, went out and purchased the needed locks, and installed them carefully, having to adjust the door to accommodate them. He even re-keyed the top and bottom locks of my door so I could use the same key for both. I would use him again, and would recommend him to my friends.

He was fast - on time - and super good.

Lary kept exploring the best solution to get the job done. His first quote was to replace the whole locking system including the two pins of the top and bottom of the door. He came back with a lock and pin system which was a third of his original quote. His intelligence and expertise had the French Door working great. Good job and this job was completed satisfactory.

The owner of this business installed the locks himself, and I was shocked how quick and professionally he had done it. He's coming back later next week to install a plate as well because the contractor who originally did my door did it poorly. Great work, communication, and professionalism.

He would not work with my schedule. Said he would arrive at 7:30am and did not arrive until 10am. Never cleaned up after himself, (I had to everyday). He ruined my steel door frame. He actually had to call another locksmith after not being able to complete his work. He raised his voice several times with me. Highly unprofessional, left the job unfinished, I would not recommend him for any service whatsoever.

The locksmith was very courteous. He was reasonable and worked very quickly. He cleaned up after his work was completed and walked through his process.

The service was excellent.

Our dog locked our slider (lock hook faces up) and our front doors were locked. I called and explained the situation. Larry was the technicians name, said, “I’m actually right down the street, I’ll be there in 18 minutes!) he showed up and had us inside in 10 minutes. I was blown away by how quick he was able to get here and how quickly he was able to get us in. Mind you it’s currently snowing with 1-2 inches already on the ground. He even charged less then the quote. I wish I could give more then 5 stars! Highly recommend using this place! Thank you Larry!

Larry was great! Did three electronic locks in less than 1.5 hours. Came right away and was on time. Very pleasant and professional. Even notified me when my dogs escaped from the back yard and were at the front door that he was working on! would highly recommend him and use him again if needed.

I slammed the door and the lock got jammed. They gave me a call on a christmas holiday evening and told me not to touch the door and next morning fixed it along with new lock. I had a garage to enter so i was fine. Overall service was quick fast and clean.

I felt he was deceitful with putting the lock on because he knew it was not a super lock when it was not. After 4 days the lock fell apart. Do not trust this company.
