He changed my locks. Kept me informed of the process. He also fixed my door to the basement that didn't close properly. He fixed the hinges and added a crystal door knob. Now my door opens and closes properly. I recommend this company. He was also very polite and respectful.

Asked for a quote on line, called me within 15 minutes, set up an appt for that afternoon, called to let me know it would be about a half hour later, a team was there right on time.
