I will never use them again.

If you look closely it's easy to tell there is something odd about that spot, but all things considered it was a good patch job, and an imperfect spot on the carpet is much better than replacing the whole thing. It was an appropriate resolution, too, since the other provider that made the hole had no problem reimbursing the patch fee but of course did not want to replace carpet in the whole room or more. The spot is in a very visible location. So this was only a tiny patch job, but I was happy with the work.

When Steve came out to look at the job & give me a quote, his answer was"I don't know". My carpet has a pattern and he didn't know if they could stretch it so the pattern would match. He set up an appt. for 10/8 for their tech who could work w/ patterns, cancelled this appt, then rescheduled for the 8th. The technician & his helper were not friendly and did not show me the work they had completed. They were here only 1/2 hr. and charged me $260. The carpet looks great & the tech had no problems. The price should be reduced. I wouldn't use this company again.
