I appreciated their professionalism throughout the process. I especially liked the various options that were presented to me and I did not feel pressured to select the most expensive option. It was also great that there was a package deal and that I did not have to purchase my sink or bother with obtaining a plumber.

Todd, Luke and Baran were very nice to work with. My counter tops are Lovely. The install guys were top notch. Eric the plumber was extremely nice and a pro.

Great product, but issues with their template. That caused issues with installation

A lot of confusion and communication difficulties between the company and contractors. Contractors were VERY late arriving to install the granite. The installers seemed to be tired because they had a long day. They did not want to caulk around the granite to finish the project. I requested that they do it, because I was not a good caulker. They did. But Cindy and others tried to make amends for any mishaps. I haven't seen too many problems with the granite. I LOVE the finished product!!

wasn't pleased with not being told the next step and timeframes. I had to continuously asked what was next in the process and how long. When they were late in the time they gave, no one called with an update. The work itself was really good

They were completely professional. They were in and out with the install and customer service was great. The only thing that I had a some what issue with was the plumber can 3-4 hours after the countertop install so I couldn t use my sink until then but when he came he knocked he s side of work out in no time

I had a very positive experience with AGS. I felt no pressure and they delivered on time in a very professional manner. They were not the cheapest but not the most expensive. I would have given 5 stars for customer service but there were not real good about informing me of my installation dates. I was "scheduled" for a Tuesday so I called Monday afternoon to confirm. I was told there were so issues with stone delivery and that they were not certain if the Tuesday schedule was still valid. As it turned out the install did occur on Tuesday but I would have thought they would call on Monday to confirm on inform me of any delays. Regardless I would highly recommend AGS and will use them again for a bathroom project.

Great price and very fast delivery for installation of our granite kitchen countertop. Installers were professional and neat. It's gorgeous!
