Advanced Granite provided excellent service, from the initial estimate until final installation. They kept me informed throughout the procedure. The installers, Kenny and his crew, were knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and were satisfied only with perfection. I highly recommend this company.

I was scheduled for 9 AM and true enough the technicians came in and told me they forgot a piece and that they would be back in less than 30 minutes. I did not receive a phone call telling me there would be a delay. I later called and was told they will be there in the afternoon--I was inconvenienced and cancelled my patients appointments in the afternoon which definitely is not nice when it comes to canceling appointments. Took a nap and got up at 5 pm they were still not there. I called and was told they techs are on their way. They showed up at 7PM and my work was complete at 9PM after breaking my glasses. Plumbing was completed at 11pm.

I think you're foolish if you go with anyone else. I was given three providers by Service Magic; one was unbelievably overpriced, one told me they didn't come give estimates during the times I provided, and then, like a beacon of hope, Advanced Granite Solutions appeared. Starting from the first interaction, they were great. Fast and friendly appraisal, easy and agreeable payments, and then the final product is just amazing. I could not be happier with their work, but also with how nice everyone was. These guys are testament that you can get an exceptional outcome for a reasonable price. the entire AGS team worked hard to make sure the job was done perfectly as quickly as possible. They treated my home as if it were there own.

We have hired Advanced Granite Solutions to come do our project, however, it has not been finished yet so I cannot attest to the work that they do yet. I can only say how great they were and reasonably priced in the pre-installation process.

I think I was sold from the phone call with the sales person. He was very professional, knew his stuff, and was excellent to deal with. He made me feel like my job was important. The group at the store when picking out the stone were fantastic! The group who installed the granite were fantastic! I had a wonderful experience from the start to the finish. Advanced Granite Solutions is a TOP FLIGHT organization. They are EXTREMELY customer oriented, have beautiful products, including incredible granite that you can SEE ON-SITE (really makes a difference in your choice) and expert installation. What's more, their prices are great! Everyone involved was highly professional. I just cannot imagine a better company to deal with if you are looking for hard surface countertops. You will not find better, in my opinion.
