The only issue I had with AGS is that when they measured they didn't take into account having to get the granite top into the basement so when they showed up they weren't able to get the full top down the stairs. They ended up having to take the top back, cutting it at the shop and re-installing the next day which cost me money because I had scheduled my plumber to hook up the faucet later on in the day and had to reschedule. That said, the individual who did the install (they had to call in a manager) did a great job and apologized profusely. I would still definitely recommend them.

AGS did an excellent job of installing our new granite countertops,sink and faucet. As a consumer, just be aware of hidden costs, which include higher charges for different grades of granite, and expensive beveling and edging costs. Our bill was $1000 more than the AGS initial quote due to this. Also, expect to pay and additional $400-$800 dollars for a new faucet and garbage disposal, as they are not included in the quote.

Cut out the middleman with the big sales pitch and got not only a great price but also a quality job. The staff was top notch and the installers and plumber were not only on time but went out of their way to do a professional job.. Do yourself a favor, get your countertop @ AGS.

First installation trip: countertop's seams were cut incorrectly (had a wide gap when trying to close), sidesplashes had wrong heights. 2 days later, 2nd installation trip: same pieces were sent out with different crew who had no idea what the problem was, sidesplashes are 2 shades darker than main piece, probably cut from remnants of another lot#, end of sidesplashes were not cut round as promised, took 6 hours to fix the badly cut countertops and install! Sales rep is good and helpful but installation service is awful!!!

My wife and I shopped around at several different places for granite kitchen counter tops. We found Advanced Granite to have offered the best price and selection of counter tops. The staff in the office were very helpful, and the guys who did the installation were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend AGS.

AGS came in at less than a third of the cost of what Sears wanted for the same job. The salesman had obviously a lot of experience and was very personable and the staff and installers were very courteous and friendly. The job was pristine and done quite quickly. The plumber took quite a while, but he had to change pretty much the entire configuration to get the job done right. Everything works wonderfully and looks great!

They were on time, took care in prepping surrounding area and cleaning up afterwards. All our questions were answered immediately and, everything went exactly as they had explained.

I had the best experience with AGS. Customer service was fantastic . Never any pressure sales. You get to walk through the warehouse and take your time. Install was quick and easy and installers were very professional and courteous. I would absolutely recommend AGS for all your counter needs.
