They're great

The installers did a wonderful job with the installation, however, they started about 2-1/2 hours later than the scheduled window of time and didn't finish until 9:30pm. Very long day!

the salesman Todd was terrific he gave me a lot of information about where the backsplash tile should go and I appreciated that. Todd kept me informed of what was happening, he really knows his stuff. He was very nice. The installers did a perfect job they were neat and careful and took their time to make sure everything was good. Perfect installation! I am happy, my counter is beautiful!

I called and asked about some info on care of the granite installed, I never received a follow up and unfortunately the installers spoke very little English, on the other hand the laser man and the plumber were very good.

Salesman Todd Turner's presentation "sold" me on granite after answering all my questions about other countertop options. The selection process at the AGS warehouse was enjoyable and efficient. Templating, email approval process of the granite layout, a chance to consider layout options, countertop installation, and plumbing to hook up new sink and new cooktop were top notch. All personnelI encountered were polite, knowledgable, and helpful. Just a special note: the plumber is outstanding! AGS is fortunate to have the services of this gentleman.

The plumber they have on contract to install the sink, etc was very effecient and did a great job. The guys who installed the granite were very good and prompt. The man in charge checked with me each step of the way to ensure he was doing exactly what I wanted. I am very happy with the work done.

The installers were fantastic with my interest in mind

The work was below standard. I purchased a sink to go with the countertop and they scratched it with some kind of tool. The person who took the measurements had the wrong size and locations of the cutouts. the seams were not flush with each other.

The installers were much later than expected.The installers failed to secure the dishwasher. The plumber was also late. He didn't show up until 7 pm violating the condo rule to have all contractors out of the building by 5.

Very professional!

The whole process from estimate to install has gone quickly and without any problems. The price was very reasonable and the quality of work was very good. Everyone was so nice to deal with and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend them.

The service in the store was wonderful and very helpful. This is a very professional company, but I think the salesperson should had more pictures to show me, but overall I was very satisfied and would hire this company again in the near future. Thank you.

Nice job but they had problems with machinery and work was not done when promised.

After Todd, the salesman, visited our home, we went to their huge warehouse to pick out our own granite slab, as well as a sink and faucet. Everyone at the store was pleasant, professional, and helpful. We were offered a choice of cutouts, and our project was scheduled for the following week. Most of the pieces of stone were perfect, but not every piece was cut to the precise measurements. That's okay, I expect some glitches. What I didn't expect was the fantastic customer service, and AGS's willingness to go out of their way to make things right, and ensure that we were 100% happy with our new countertops. Todd is NOT your typical salesman - he is an outstanding agent for the company, and the shining star among all of the wonderful and professional folks that we dealt with. We have a gorgeous kitchen now, and I can't say enough good things about AGS.

The installer I originally plan to do the work suddenly dropped out for family reasons, so I have to find someone in a hurry. Luckily, I already researched AGS and found their prices to be competitive. We bought an expensive stone with unusual surface ('leather", not polished), which required a special skills to work with. Two layouts were offered for us to choose from, stone was skillfully cut and installed within a week. I challenge my guests to find a seam on the countertop, and people are failing 98% of the time. AGS also provided a free sink and recommend a plumber to complete my kitchen project. I love my kitchen looks and my countertop gets a lot of compliments.

From the start of the process, everything flowed very smoothly. I received the an estimate and the time requested. The estimator was polite and very helpful. I then went into the Office and picked out my countertop's. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Once I picked out my countertops. the install was scheduled a week later. The installers were earlier than projected, which was good for me. It took them about 3 hours to install the countertops. They did an outstanding job and they cleaned up as they installed. Once the countertop was installed the plumber came in later that afternoon and installed the sink fixtures. I am very impressed with the job they did and would highly recommend this company to family and friends. Good Job.
