It was worth the money paid.

I hired AGS to install my new granite countertops. The work looks exceptional!!! The only reason that I didn't give a full 5 stars was that there was a delay is arriving at my place by both the granite installer and the plumber. The work completed was exceptional.

Great people from the sales rep to the office staff to the installers.there was a little confusion about completing plumbing under kitchen sink following granite install so just make sure you ask if they are doing it or you need a second contractor. Final product looks amazing!

My overall experience is affected by the lack of communication and non-returned phone calls. The work is satisfactory. The installers and plumber were professional and did their jobs well.

Salesman Todd was warm and friendly. We had met him in 2014 and did not move forward with AGS on a different project, but this time around it was a no brainer. Communication with Todd was very easy via text after initial home visit. All options were fully explained without any sales pressure. Four person installation team was very efficient and on time. They cleaned up prior to leaving our home.

Very attentive and communicated well with my contractor. They even put in a small threshold of same material to match the countertop.

Todd was great to work with! He was very professional and helped me to stay within my budget. Installation went smoothly and everything done timely. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Todd Turner was very professional and very knowledgeable about the pros/cons of different options of stone slab counter tops. The main reason I went with AGS over the other company was the price. Todd advised that they are basically the middle man, that they supply over stone counter tops to many of the other local companies. This was a pleasant encounter all the way through the process. I would suggest that in the future they provide the customer with some type of care-and-use paperwork after the install. Otherwise, top notch company.

Job included eating island/countertops and backsplash.Rick who installed the granite was meticulous and a perfectionist. Backsplash needed to be recut because it was too short under the window. Lovely results.

From the estimate to the final installation the folks at Advanced Granite Solutions were total professionals. They were patient with us while we roamed the warehouse selecting the perfect slab for our countertops. Their process after we selected our slap kept us in on every step of design, measurement, layout, and final cuts. The installation team arrived early (I'm always in favor of early!) and went right to work tearing out the old and installing the new. The crew was very meticulous in their work, making sure everything fit perfectly and to our satisfaction. The new countertops look great, and really brighten up our kitchen. Nice work, AGS.

Installation crew was extremely knowledgeable and explore options to help customers.

Overall good experience. The quality of the granite was very good for the price. The install was ok. When they did the template the backslash was supposed to come all the way up to the tile on the wall, but it's not flush with the tile so now I have to seal it myself. They also had to take off some paneling from the back of the cabinets to install the countertops while I had to then cut and reinstall myself. Wasn't bad, but it left a few things I had to take care of myself after they were gone.
