They are excellent. They are always excellent. Their prices are very reasonable, they are very professional and knowledgeable. I have been going there for 10 years. They are much better than taking it to the dealership, because the dealership makes you feel like you need a new car. Silver Star doesn't do that. I trust them. I would use them again. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Their price is right. They are very customer oriented. They just do a great job.

They go beyond the call of duty. They answer any questions. They are just absolutely excellent. I just cant say enough about them. All the maintenance they do. My tires i get them there. I would use them again. In fact i recommended my daughter going there and another family member going there.

They fixed the headlight like real mechanics! They did honest troubleshooting and ultimately discovered that one of the wires in the harness to the headlight assembly was intermittent. They fixed it with solder...not by selling me a BMW OEM wiring harness that I would have had to take a loan out for. Joe also made an assessment of the various systems in the car and made a couple of recommendations. In the end, they - Fixed the idler pulley, tensioner pulley and main engine belt. - Replaced the transmission selector shaft seal - Recharged the A/C Joe also gave me a schedule of maintenance actions to take in the future. I wish I had started using them years ago.

Honest & professional. Fantastic customer service! I recently asked Silver Star to inspect some recurring but intermittent engine problems with BMW. Diagnosis was not clear but they did not send me back on road with no solution (or worse, charge for unnessary repair). Rather, the technician at Silver Star diligently researched the issue looking for some answers and found out the car might qualify for a special FREE service program through BMW NA. This program was only available through authorized dealers and therefore Silver Star could not do this work. Nonetheless, they made all the arrangements with BMW NA and the local dealer to get my car into the program. Outstanding!

Silver Star Service Center has always done repairs on my BMW and my 1963 Mercedes for many years. Recently I had a concern and they bent over backwards to make sure everything was taken care. In addition to the mechanical work they did some repair work on the interior upholstery and it came out great I would definitely recommend them. Speak to Joseph when you call
