It wasn't a huge job, but for me it was a big deal because it was hanging off and it would have broken the bottom hinge too. He does a lot of small things. I have him in for things around the house like that that break. Usually, I have more than that, but I had people coming in to visit and I needed to get it done right away. He was very responsive. He did the whole thing. He's very responsive. I've never had a problem. He's very professional.

I had a list of odd-jobs. Ralph did one after another and did a good job on them all..

Did a great job and can handle many different types of repairs. Dependable and reliable. A tad pricey but the job will be done right if he does it!

We needed the job done quickly according to our Statement of Work and on a budget and Ralph did the fantastic job. When we came to check the completion of work the basement was clened and ready for us on-time. We are planning to use his service for our next projects.

While he was up there, he actually patched up a neighbor's roof that had a problem. Everything went very well. He was excellent. I will definitely use him again. I would definitely recommend and refer him to all of my friends.

I needed the job done quickly and on a budget, and Ralph was able to work within those constraints. He understood that, since area to be fixed is scheduled to be demolished entirely during an upcoming a renovation, I did not want to invest a lot of money in the repair but needed to take measures to keep the shower functional and to protect my home's underlying structure. The initial estimate for the job was $420, but the price went up $150 after we saw the damage to the wall behind the old fiberglass and determined that it would need to be ripped out and replaced. I felt that the additional cost Ralph charged was reasonable given the work to be done and I appreciated that he stayed late so that he could still complete the entire job in one day. I also appreciated that he cleaned the area thoroughly after the job was completed.

A most pleasant experience.

I was closing on our house and needed to have several repairs finished prior to closing. The house needed several sections of siding replaced along with the associated rotten brick molding and window casings. In addition, the screened porch needed to have some shingle and flashing work completed. Ralph was extremely easy to reach on the phone and came right out to look at the job. We explained the time constraints we were working under and he fully accommodated our needs. The quality of his work is top notch all the way and his prices are extremely fair. The job was completed on time and looks fantastic. We had a great experience and would recommend Ralph to anyone.

His name is Ralph Thompson. He is so meticulous. He has very high standards. Even if I think something he has fixed looks great, he comes back and fixes it again because he feels that he doesn't like the way it has turned out. You know that whatever he is going to fix is not going to break. That's why I like him a lot. He is not the cheapest but he is certainly not the most expensive. I obviously would use him again.

Ralph didn excellent work and cleaned up the area afterward. His work was excellent and the kitchen look amazing. He made sure I was satisfied with the outcome before he finished. His price was slightly higher than another estimate I got but I feel his work was superior to what I would have gotten by going with the lower price.

Ralph does amazing and exact work. He will come back of his own volition to touch up something that didn't turn out to his extremely high standards. I have used Ralph for multiple projects around the house. He is extremely reasonably priced -- but more importantly, he does the job the way it should be done. No cutting corners. I highly recommend him for any home repairs.
