Pro Care Restoration

We asked the servicemen to advise prior to cleaning if they believed cleaning would be successful. They did not comment. When done, it was obvious that the process did not succeed. They then advised that it was the best that could be expected. If they had low expectations they should have advised so prior to beginning their process. Further, they advised that the carpet would dry in about 6 hours. It actually took more than 3 days.

I think he charged me $35 per area. They came when they said they were coming. They gave me an estimate beforehand, and it was pretty much a clear estimate. I think they were more reasonable than the other estimates I had. The job they did was fine; it was what I expected.

They gave me the best quote, didn't yank any chains. They could beat any other quote on timing to get the job done. It was a rental unit that needed new tenants ASAP, so the job was a big one. Some of the stains were unknown in nature - paint/nail polish? Other stains were clearly mammal waste and were so large that at post cleaning date padding needed to be replaced and carpet treated again from both sides. So I don't fault ProCare for being unable to resolve that issue in one afternoon. They accept cash as well as some credit.

My experience with them was excellent. They came on time. They did a really good job with the carpets. I have always had experience with carpet cleaning companies where it seems clean and then twenty-four hours later the spots come back. I simply didn't have that experience with Pro Care Restoration. The spots they had taken out were so gone. They did a really good job with animal odors that we had. They made some recommendations as to how to keep the carpets looking good. They really were very helpful.

Great service

They were very professional and prompt. Called to confirm and arrived earlier then scheduled. My carpet had been cleaned by another company last year and there is no comparison. Pro Care was far superior. Although my carpets are old and stained, they managed to get most of the stains out. It was a very pleasant experience working with them. I would hightly recommend them. I will be using them again.

Chad was able to come promptly to clean carpet for our house that was on the market. He arrived on time, was pleasant and cleaned the carpet well.
