I would do a zero star if I could. After the first time the worker made my wife feel uncomfortable by what he was saying to her. When I called to cancel my services they still came out and kept charging me. Extremely unprofessional. Do not trust their workers around your kids or wives. Don’t sign up because you can not cancel any services, they’ll go to your house when your at work and charge you. Stay away

I'd give them a "B" overall. I've tried to use them but I can't seem to get in contact with them.

Seems to be going well so far. Weeds died off and grass is greener.

The customer service contacted me via email for sending their technician to my home the week or day before they performed. The fall service treatment worked well with my front and back yard but my back yard needs to improve more of bare.

Lawn looks so much better. They leave a hanger on the front door that describes the service that they did.

Everything they did was terrible. They don't communicate and everything was terrible. The quality of their service, the punctuality and they were always trying to charge me more, they never did what they said they were going to do and it was terrible.

It turned out ok, they were prompt and did everything that we agreed to.

Called them for a quote, took them 9 days to get back to me when he just showed up at my door. He was expensive, but I was able to get the price down a little. Went to seed my yard the next day and realized that he never completed aerating the lawn. There was section of 12' in the back of the yard that wasn't aerated. I called him immediately and demanded they come back out and finish the job and now 7 days later, he has yet to show up. This is not acceptable. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! I will be telling everyone I know to stay away.

I recommend against a company who would do this. They can say because I didn't contact them they were to continue service. That's a scurrilous business practice that needs to be condemned.

They came out a week after he first came and fixed my lawn. The brown spots slowly started to fade. Lawn Doctor was very kind and professional.

I have used their services for the past 2 years. The program that I purchased is called Turf Care. They come in February and spray for crab grass. They are flexible on their services, polite and accommodating. They are professional and respond to my questions.

THEY RUSH THROUGH THE JOB AND DID NOT USE ENOUGH PRODUCT ON THE LAWN. THE LAWN DOES NOT LOOK ANY BETTER THAN IT DID BEFORE IT WAS TREATED. I CALLED AND REQUESTED TREATMENT FOR A LAWN FUNGUS AND IT TOOK THEM TEN DAYS TO COME OUT, BY THEN THE FUNGUS WAS WIDESPREAD.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE TELEPHONE OPERATORS ARE NICE, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND ANSWER QUESTIONS. IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO BE HOME WHEN THEY COME OUT THE TECHNICIANS KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND DO A GOOD JOB.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, THEY ALWAYS DO A GOOD JOB. THEY ARE VERY CAREFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE TYPES OF PLANTS I HAVE IN MY YARD AND MAKE SURE THEY DO NOT HARM THEM.

MAN SHOWED UP AS EXPECTED, WORKED QUICKLY AND WAS WILLING TO ANSWER QUESTIONS. COMPANY PROMISES SAME TECHNICIAN COMES EACH TIME SO THAT YOU KNOW HIM AND HE KNOWS WHAT YOU NEED.
