Mike Kinner and Crew are very honest, trustworthy, wonderfully skilled, and have a very broad range of expertise and experience. Mike has done roof repair, mold remediation, complete renovation of our front room, replaced a back porch, fixed major age related damage on the back of our 80 year old cottage, and installed a lovely window. I have always had great results and Mike is our first choice for anything we need done on our cottage. I cannot overstate his work ethic, craftsmanship, and willingness to work with the homeowner.

Kinner construction did an excellent job on my deck and screened-in porch. They are great to work with! I highly recommend them! The only downside was I did have to wait a little while before they could start my job.

I needed work done to a family members house which is about 45 minutes away from my residence. I spoke with Mike @ Kinner Construction on the phone and he made my appointment around my schedule and was very personable when we met. He provided me with details of the type of work that would need to be completed. His estimate was very reasonable! To make it better the work was done by him, it wasn't subcontracted out which made this experience even better! Mike kept me up to date with the progress. We will use Mike with any other work we need!
